On Sept 02, 2023, I had ordered ‘2 Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches along with other items(order#1157) but I was surprised to find that there was not chicken in either of two sandwiches; it was NIL. There were just bread with cheese on them. I showed to the sales-person in store but rather than being apologetic, he started to argue with me. He forgot to add chicken and simply placed into oven and now he is NOT realizing his mistake. This place is pathetic and staff are absent minded. Refrain ordering pizza from this place if you don’t want to ruin your taste.

Quality and service has been on a steady decline. Waited for 5 minutes in the empty lobby with no acknowledgment. Of the 2 pizzas I ordered, 1 had wrong toppings and other was full of bubbles and cut with zero care at all. It’s not hard to train someone to dock the dough properly and cut it some what close to even pieces. I don’t understand how food prices increase but employee accountability continues to decrease. Spending $40-$50 on two pies that were literally thrown together is something I will do no longer. I wish the operator, Mona Lisa LLC, would address some of these because I would like to remain a customer.

Everytime I personally enter this establishment the service is exceptional the ppl are super nice, however there’s been previous issues with my orders. Missing items, toppings, small inconveniences. I’ve worked in restaurants so I too often understand the little things that can go wrong in the kitchen. This weekend my niece and nephew were visiting, two peculiar lil things they like spinach pizza and tonsss of sauce. I sent them a message saying like hey if you could please put extra for the kiddos we’d appreciate it. And honestly best pizza from this dominos we’ve had. The delivery guy, Zackary was a sweet kid. Fast and ahead of time took maybe 20 minutes. They worked hard, and the kiddos loved it!

My go to place for pizza night! I order on the app and it’s usually ready for pickup within 10 min! My little ones love going inside to pick it up, the staff is super friendly and the store is always fresh and clean! There is this one time my cheese pizza came out a bit dry but Tammy (the manager) was so sweet and offered to remake me a new one right away! 10/10

Not only their pizzas have less cheese and their staff’s don’t know how to say “cheese” in other words they don’t smile and have the worst customer service. I hate to go to this location although we love dominos pizza. I will be calling their corporate customer support to report this location’s awful service and their compromise with pizza quality while we pay so much from what it used to be..

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but after several horrible experiences with the management at this particular store, it requires a public service announcement. We’ve ordered from the Dominos at Eldorado and Teel (Frisco) several times since they opened back in 2021, and the EXTREMELY rude lady that runs that particular store on Friday and Saturdays makes it an unbearable experience every time. The food, cooks and delivery drivers are perfectly fine (that’s the only reason we can give it any stars), but having to deal with that 1 rude lady during carryout and/or over the phone if you happen to call about an issue – well, it’s just not worth the hassle.
