I orde pizza was informed it was delivered when it wasn’t. I even requested a fresh pizza. Instead got old pizza that set up for over hour. When attempting to call I was ignored by manger who refused to provide a name. Unacceptable service and food quality.

I have been ordering from Dominos for years and this is the worst store I’ve come across. Ordered from this store today and never received my order. They claim they left it on my porch after knocking twice but It is not there, so someone got a free meal at my expense. They never called the number on the order (they did not even deny this when I called asking about the order) and refused to issue a refund, only offering to remake the order or give me a credit. When you buy something and don’t receive it that usually means you just get a refund no questions asked, but not at this Dominos.

I will never order from this location again, my order was incomplete and the girl that answered my call refused to refund the difference because she was too lazy to ring the order again. I wound up bringing the food back for a full refund.

Logged into Dominos website to place my order at the preferred and closest location. Placed my order at 7:46PM. Called at 9:25PM to check status because it kept showing “Adrianna is performing quality check”. I was told by the store member, Tyson, that my order was on the way. Kept waiting and decided to call again at 10:17PM. I was told they canceled my order because they don’t deliver to my address. I asked why was their store automatically picked for me then? The representative just said he didn’t know, and they’re busy. Talked to the manager, Adrianna, and all she did was give excuses about transferring the order, and the other stores didn’t answer their phones, and admitted that her staff member dialed the wrong number to notify of the order changes. I asked if there was any compensation to make things right, such as making the delivery, I’ll even pay it.. she replied with “nope”. It is now 10:37PM. By this time, all other food places are closed and my entire family is out on dinner. Terrible experience, I will make sure everyone I know will avoid this location and choose the competitor.

Was expecting the standard decent quality from both pizzas ordered last night but one was worse than the other. They didn’t really cut either pizza. Some lines of an “attempt “ to cut maybe. Then we ordered LIGHT sauce and they did the opposite. The dough was Soft from so much sauce and it oozed and dripped out of both sides that it seemed purposely overdone with sauce. They didn’t look appetizing and the taste matched the look.. Disappointed is an understatement.

This store is superb! To begin with, Alex, is the most friendly employee I’ve encountered. The pizza was made to perfection and tasted delicious. The store environment was so lovely to be around. Absolutely will be coming back, I would give it more stars if possible. This place is a MUST for pizza lovers!

I am a frequent customer at this location. There is never any parking delivery drivers park directly in front of the store as well as the handicap spots. None of the delivery drivers have a handicapped placard displayed. Very frustrating with the parking and the employees are not friendly. Always have to wait for an employee to greet you and take your order. Once they take an order it’s usually wrong then they treat you like it’s your mistake and get an attitude. Worst location I’ve ever visited.
