Want to give a big shout out to Hunter who was working hard and fast to fulfill orders. The store had limited resources and he was not only making Pizza’s but also was engaged with customers so they are not frustrated with long wait time. He was talking to us and making sure customer present were served on time. Great customer service. Once again kudos to Hunter for job well done.

Hello everyone, just wanted to share the great customer service and customer care that they have at the Dominos Pizza located at 7333 Coit Road in Frisco, Texas. The crew there are awesome and wonderful, from the Owner, Mrs. Megan to the Manager, Mr. Hunter and Ms. Mariah Guerrero, Assistant Manager. They take really good care of their customers so if you live in Frisco or if you are just visiting don’t forget to stop by at that location. This is the second time I am ordering a pizza from here (as I liked the taste and portion in my first time). I ordered a veggie pizza as I am a total vegetation. I was shocked to see a big chicken piece on the pizza when I opened the box at home. It completely upset me. I neither had the time or strength to return the pizza at 8:50pm in the night, suppress my hunger and order a new one. We ended up discarding the chicken piece and ate the pizza. (Edited: they ask you to send over the information to the concerned mail they provide in the feedback but never got back till date which is why I’m reducing my 3 star to a 2 star)
