I have ordered from this dominos weekly ever since being in this area about 2 years and never had issues until last couple of orders. Really rude customer service today. Manager was not willing to work with me even though I had a credit on the account and he claims he doesn’t see it. First order wings undercooked and second order few weeks later pasta had bacon on it. We by religion do not eat bacon. He wasn’t willing to work with me and said since he doesn’t see notes from last week can’t take my word and will not give us the credit. When I told him I will call corporate his response was go for it. Wouldn’t give me his name either.

Tonight, we ordered a pizza which is so unlike the previous ones from the same shop. It was so so salty we have to waste it. Good or bad, the manager needs to know it. Sorry about the low rating, I think that’s the only way to wake up the management.

Horrible, horrible delivery time. I followed the driver’s progress on GPS; driver went over 17 minutes north to make another delivery first, then took another 20 minutes to get back to the store location area. I live two minutes down the road from the store. Terrible service.

One of the worst experiences and I think it might be the timing I was there. Order pickup queue was a mess. Some waited almost 30 mins after the order said it was ready for pickup, some just walked in and gotten their order, even if their order queue was way newer then others. Pizza was cold, by the time i got my order, it had been sitting uder the piles of other orders. Just a bad day I guess.

We had a storm and was out of power. Unable to make dinner, Drove to this location 6 miles away and the staffs were very nice and sympathetic. Food was fresh and correctly made. 100% recommend this location.

Cold, greasy, and barely any crust? Not sure what I expected anyways ordering from here but my real issue would be the lack of customer service from the employee I spoke with. Not one to leave a bad review but it is frustrating to spend money on an overpriced product and receive something this unappetizing and 0 understanding from staff.

Typically great and reliable pizza. However we ordered pick up a few nights ago and we received a pizza that had raw dough and almost no cheese. They offered to add a credit to our account and when I asked if they could remake it now they got a manager who happily obliged. The new pizza was perfect! All in all it was a frustrating experience but they did what they could and that’s all you can ask for because customer service is a rough industry!
