I placed an order today at 1:41pm it arrived cold at 3:10pm. I suggested that they maybe figure out a way to let customers know prior to placing an order that they only have one driver and delivery times would 1- 2 hours delayed. Nope! Told me to eat the cold food and get a credit for my order at a later date. Problem with that is I am not sure if I will order from them again. Eat the cold food! Oh yeah they offered me 60 points with the delivery insurance if your signed up. Or do what I didnt want to do in the first place Carry out!! Such a joke!

Unfortunately, 1 star is as low as they will let me rate it. They gave me a free pizza for the last time and this was even worse. The pizzas were not only an hour late but had so few topping as to piss everybody off. Maybe because I got one free because the last time it was late. I think it’s a scam for how bad it was. Why would I want to get cold bread again with no toppings to speak of.

first time visiting Richardson, Dallas. I am a Domino’s pizza customer for along time; despite all the negative reviews; therefore I want to tryout & I’m very impressed how on time this store is & the CS serving me as I’m entering the store. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed my order at 12:42pm the app said quality check at 1:25pm. Didn’t receive a delivery text until 2:23pm. So my pizza sat there for an HOUR after it came out the oven before delivery. Finally received my order at 2:40pm. My pizza and cinnamon twist WAS NOT fresh , they forgot my soda and one of my pizza wasn’t even cut ♀️
