These people are on point!!!! Best pizzas!! Love that pizza cheese and the marinara….yummmm!yummy!! They have my order saved on computer so I give my # when I walk in, they see my usual and order it. 9 mins later I have 2 hand tossed medium pizzas! Did I mention the garlic butter they put on the crust when it comes outta the oven!? Omgosh!!! Great pizza store!! Love the employees too! They are fast yet friendly!!! Efficient!!! I go frequently.

I live on a corner lot 2 blocks from this restaurant. My pizza came out of the oven at 8:57pm and didn’t make it to my house until 9:23pm. He went right by my house to make other deliveries and then went back to the store to pick up my pizza for delivery. The pizza was cold and the salad was warm. Considering it had been out of the oven for almost 30 minutes by the time it was delivered, its understandable it would be cold. I called the restaurant and the manager (Valerie) didn’t seem to care.

Steve Palmer is a very sad man when it comes to employment, his office staff are unable to determine the expiration date of a insurance policy. Terminating employees all because he is mad at me for not providing an expiration date when I clearly stated 6 months from 2/2/2023. He under pays st all his dominos in sherman, pottsboro, denison, va, and I believe Anna. He has no spine and wont talk to people directly or train his office staff correctly. But nope lets fire people because its easier and be a small man. Dont eat here. The place and practices are deplorable.

When I first started going to this location, the pizza was great. Little to zero complaints. Over the past month or so, it’s gone downhill. I’ve received burnt pizza, drenched in sauce pizza, undercooked pizza and more. As you can see in the photos, the last two pizzas have been a disappointment as well. Pizza before tonights was supposed to have jalapeno on half. It’s like whoever made the pizza grabbed a massive handful and dumped them on like two pieces of pizza. There was also a tremendous amount of crust. Like half of the pizza was crust and half had sauce and cheese and toppings. An extreme disappointment. Tonights pizza had basically no sauce, it was so dry, like a bread stick with pepperoni. It was also extremely thin, almost a thin crust. This is probably my 6th pizza that was just a mess. I like Domino’s and hoped the quality would improve. Maybe they just had a bad night right? Well I’m done. I’m not paying double for something that’s worse than Walmart frozen pizza. Just ridiculous.

I simply do not understand how hard it could possibly be to cut a pizza all the way through. It would be one thing if it was a rare occurrence, but it’s absolutely every single time, no matter the day or time. This applies to 1417 location as well as the location on Loy Lake, both located in Sherman, Tx.

If I could give this specific location a 10 star review, I would. I got a pizza and it was pretty dry so I called them to see if I could have it remade and usually, I dread asking for remakes because the employees are normally so rude about it but a young man named Alejandro answered the phone and he was so kind and pleasant about it and I’m pregnant so it’s the kind interactions that matter the most.
