I stopped ordering from this store a couple of years ago because of poor service, and tried using them again a few months ago. The previous 3-4 orders were fine, but today they’re back at it… ordered online at 4:50, and the driver pulled up at 5:53… over an hour, but what really irritated me was that the driver left without delivering the pizza!!! I even stood on my porch and tried to flag him down!

I won’t be ordering from here again. I placed an order today & there was a bug in my pasta. I keep calling the store for a refund & it hangs up. Then I tried to file the complaint online but it keeps saying error message when I click submit. So I have no way of reporting this or getting my money back besides leaving this review. So I’m very disappointed especially since we order from this location all the time. Now I know this place is filthy. The health department needs to check them out.

Took over an hour. Pizza and tots order had errors. The app wouldn’t let me put in a complaint for hours because “the pizza isn’t there yet.” I got an email offering a deal after I was able to give a complaint and it didn’t work.

Big fan of Domino since the 90s. But the last two times I order from this location one pizza never showed up and today I get a burn pizza. The manager right away assume I was lying about his driver not calling or nocking on my door.Today I call them up same manager told him the pizza was burn. He said oh too bad I can’t give you credit but Il pass your issue my superior. It sucks because now I have to eat papa John’s pizza my wife’s favorite. My son took a slice of pizza before I took the picture.

We ordered the pizza while we were at the store, and when we walked in we weren’t acknowledged nor did anyone come but to take our order when we entered. After we got a chance to place our order, the man behind the counter was confused why we were looking at him, and we asked if we could put a name on the order and get a receipt. He told us that it would take 10-15 minutes for us to get our pizza, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes.

Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago I waited an hour with no response and called they said no apartment number however it was still correct on my profile and I didn’t update it from the last order that had arrived with no issues. Yes I admit I realized a few minutes after placing the order they had my old number so I fixed that. When I called after waiting an hour the guy bragged about how they have had 18 minute times all night and we verified they had correct info….it’s now been ANOTHER hour and still no pizza.GET IT TOGETHER YOU GUYS! Clearly there is a reason y’all have mostly 1 star reviews.

Wonderful experience last night. I called this location in an absolute panic needing a large volume of pizzas and QUICK. The general manager was so understanding and nice–he assured me that our order would be taken care of. They delivered on the promise and got 16 pizzas to us within 30 minutes. I’m incredibly impressed with the customer service, quality, and a huge shoutout to the general manager of the store who was a pleasure to speak with!!

Buying my pizza at the grocery store was faster. The picture is taken after staying on hold for 20 minutes. Then going to the store buying my own pizza, cooking it, and serving. Corporate office please expect my call. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE!
