Excellent Service and very Friendly staff. One of the orders didn’t go through but once the correction was made the staff reacted promptly and even asked what was being orders so that they could begin prepping it prior to receiving it. Great attitudes, they also offered me a drink while I waited.

Ordered on line to pick up. When I went to pick up both employees looked like they did not want to be there. Did not greet no hospitality. Gave off more of the energy of “why am I there and how dare you make me work” While I was there the phone was ringing and the lady looked at the phone rolled her eyes and ignored who ever was calling, My wings looked like they dumbed the entire garlic parm bottle on it and pizza almost burnt and dry. Last time I will be going there.

I literally have tried just about every pizza joint in and around Forney, Tx….mostly due to the fact that we’re raising 4 grandchildren and that’s their go to….I have to tell you, I’m very impressed by this particular Domino’s on Helms Trail….wow!!! Never once disappointed!!! Extremely clean, professional, courteous and you can sense the pride they all take in what they do!!! Who ever said that big chains don’t care hasn’t experienced this Domino’s!!!! Thanks guys and keep up the Great and Awesome work!!!!

Abysmal would be an adequate description of our delivery. This Saturday, about7:45 we order 2 large pizzas an two 2 liters. After an hour and a half the app showed delivered but nothing had arrived. We tried to call but the phone just rang, until some one picked up and hung up. The store isn’t too far so we drove over, there was a man before us with the same issue. We requested to cancel the order and remake it in the store. the store manager made sure everyone knew she wasn’t happy about dealing with problems but she did redo the order, 2 large and 2 drinks and even threw in a discount. From there, we sat IN the store for another 45 minutes. Until one of the delivery guys asked if we were waiting and tried to give us one of the pizzas they had delivered to that other guy after he got a refund and left; they actually went back and took back those pizzas. In fact, they had not started making ours the whole time we’d been waiting. They quickly slapped 2 mediums together and gave us a 2 liter( we insisted on the second, but took the mediums because it was after 10 now and we got a bunch of kids to feed). Domino’s gotta get their act together.
