I ordered a single large pizza at about 8:30. I waited in the drive through line for more than 30 minutes. No one ever even acknowledged that I was there. While waiting at the window I saw 3 different pizzas fall off of the conveyor onto the floor, and saw one of the guys throw the spatula. I finally got fed up waiting at the window and tried to go inside, but it was locked. The hours on the door stated that the store was open until 12. I stood outside waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and finally after about 10 mins someone came outside. (Only because the delivery driver was there.) She finally brought me my pizza which was cold at this point. I left the store at 9:50. We will not be back.

I ordered a supreme pizza but what I got was a pizza with tomato onion spinach and lots of black olives. I hate black olives.the edges were so burnt it I could not eat that part. I did eat it because the pizza place is 35 miles from home and I was hungry.After taking off the black olives. ( have I mentioned I hate black olives) it actually wasn’t too bad for a pizza with no meat

I’ve ordered delivery multiple times and everytime it has been messed up. Weather I order boneless wings and get bone in or I order plain wings and get sauce all over them. Or jus a whole different order than mine. And you cannot contact them through the store they will not answer no matter how many times you call. If you get lucky and they do answer you then they are rude and poor customer service.

These guys/gals are working hard. Yes sometimes it’s gonna be later than what the app says but have some grace. I came in and pizza wasn’t ready and waited to get it. But I when I saw how busy they were I immediately felt bad that I was upset. Just chill out and let them do their job. Thanks to all the employees for hanging in there and making things happen. So we decided to eat domino’s pizza and try the new Hamberger pizza and the chicken taco pizza. Both pizza’s tasted great and like advertised. The only real problem we is how ridiculous and rude the person taking our order was.
