Oh, when they first opened food was great and service was fast! Today however was much different, I saw on the app the “quality check” happened at 625p and my pizza did not get here till 720p. I live in GH West so there is no reason pizza should sit for an hr before delivery. You can taste that it is not fresh and pics shows…where is the cheese? So so not happy with the food. It has slowly declined in quality.

This is the worst location I’ve ordered pizza from. My order is never correct, they keep saying the wrong name (my name isn’t Susie), it’s always a problem delivering, I can never understand what the person is saying that’s taking my order. they need a new crew immediately…smh.

I got a specialty pizza with a side of loaded tater tots on 5/6/23. Very disappointed with it when I got home, the pizza was good but wasn’t cut right, had to cut it myself, and the tater tots had burnt cheese on them. Not happy with them, I will never go back.

I tried for 30 min to get ahold of somebody. The only person I got was someone from offsite and they would transfer me to the store. Then the phone would be answered with no one on it but I could hear everyone talking. Then the phone would be randomly hung up. I tried at least 5 times. Also get rid of the recordings at the beginning of the call. I want to talk to a live person to order a pizza.

They couldn’t understand my order and they wouldn’t give me good service. I still have them a chance so i was still trying to order and i gave them my credit card info and they was still having issues. Then i just checked my bank account and they charged me four times. THIS IS HORRIBLE

I point at a photo while telling the cashier what I would like… how does someone so incompetent work at a cash register? And then proceeds to give us a pizza with extra sauce when we asked for light sauce. Also did the size of pizza shrink ? Because I feel like we were charged for a large but received a small.
