Alex isn’t a good manager. The pizza dough was old and he told me I had to wait until the next day. It’s sad and that shows how lazy he is as a manager. They stereotype u. Like I got money. I just want what I paid for to be right. Shame on Alex the Manager and this location. I will never spend any money at this location ever again. Ordered at 530 for 6pm pickup because delivery is intermittent at best. In fact, for an order we had to pick up after paying delivery fees and tip on the card, we couldn’t get a refund we had to order overpriced sodas. They offered the dessert that was still a bonus on their side not ours.

I give them one star because I ordered some marble brownies and they were burnt. Then I called and got placed on hold for a long long time. I called back while I was still on hold on the other line the guy picked up and said that they can’t make nothing else they can give me store credit. I drove up there and got my brownies which was placed inside a pasta box and was thrown into the box. I will not be ordering from them again.

Customer service lacks from store to driver. Excuses for the same mistakes multiple times. When Placing order be prepared to wait longer than 1 hour & know the order maybe cold or with a mistake. If you call the store be prepared to be placed on hold due to short staff.

The experience was horrible I had it delivered the pizza was wrong I waited for 2 hrs the employees where rude then I had to wait another 35 minutes for my next order and it still was wrong and spent 30 dollars and some change customer service is is unexcusable for the way they treat the customer more training is needed….
