Today I order pizza first time ever and after sooooo many orders this pizza was for my Gg babies for the first time ever this pizza was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time, it was hot upon eating it, very cheesy, very tasty and delicious. Spent almost 40$ for online order which never came but tracker said it was delivered and store kept saying driver out delivering but had no way to contact to confirm delivery or to whom. I hate when businesses steal from me. I’ll never order anything from Domino’s whether online or in person. Poor business practices at best

Clearly this location does not care about their customers since they keep reading the same reviews over and over about their horrible services and nothing changes. If I could give zero stars I would. I understand sometimes business are busy and could not deliver within a certain time but 67-72 min wait on deliveries EVERYDAY is crazy to me. Definitely not worth the $4 delivery fee Nevermind a tip. & not answering the phone to update on orders is ridiculous! Will never order from this location again!!

I’ve been ordering for the past week and they’ve canceled My order saying they couldn’t find drivers but I ordered at 9pm. Which I know for a fact you have drivers past that time because I’ve ordered before at 10:30. Yesterday I put in my order for delivery then got a call that they didn’t have any delivery drivers so I ended up having to pick up my order. But when I arrived a delivery boy was pulling up so I was a bit confused. When I walked in I asked why was I told y’all didn’t have any driver’s when y’all actually do and what about the delivery fee I payed to have my order delivered. Then another young girl came at me with a attitude saying she gonna replace it with a soda because that’s what it says to do. That does not add up to my delivery fee. When I refuse the soda she rudely snatches the food out my hand broke 2 of my nails and said she’s gonna just cancel my order because she don’t got time for me like what? Worse customer service ever. Took the manager forever to come out didn’t even wanna listen just handed me $4 in cash and said does this handle your fee and walked away. Stop hiring these little kids that don’t wanna do there job. My order was cold my wings were plain when I wanted hot buffalo pasta was not cooked all the way so it was a waste of $50 worth of food. I would NEVER EVER come back to this place. And the little girl with the mouth better be lucky she was behind that glass window all I gotta say.

Worst experience ever!!! Made and online order for 2 medium pizzas and wings. Took 2hrs to get deliver and the food was already cold! Wings didn’t even have any Buffalo sauce! Next time will be Pizza Hut!

This Place needs Corporate to shut It down until Current Employees are Properly Trained On Professionalism, Customer Service, or All of them need to be Let go until New Employees are Hired, I Walked in for a Carry Out Order that I’d Placed Online, After a long Day of work, at Any other Pizza Location, It Would have been a Quick, Easy, Practical Transaction (Especially in an empty Lobby With 4 Employees Standing Around, It Should went Them: “How Can I Help You” Me: “Picking Up an Order for ____” Them: “Great, It’s Ready, Your Total is ____” I Hand the Money Over, get Change, Grab My Order, Thank them, and Head Out, I Probably Would of Even Tipped, All that Should of taken no more than 2min, but instead, I Walked in, the Young Lady Already at the Front saw Me Walk in, and Walked Away, the old Guy Standing in the Front Stood there Loud Talking to a Co worker about Female’s Private Body Parts, While looking Right at Me (only Customer there waiting to at least be Greeted) Even the Order was Ready, the Entire time, I had to Stand there, waiting for him to Finish Takling about a Lady’s Body parts, Which I Should of recorded On Video, and sent to Corporate because I am sick of poor Customer Service, as a Paying Customer, This is Probably why a Lot of Deliveries are wrong, canceles, or a long wait because they’re not in there working, they Run from work So they Can Stand Around to hang Out, and Dominos is Allowing that unprofessional nonesense to go On, After a long Day of work, and more work Ahead for the Evening, I don’t Wanna Come Deal With, nor Hear All of that, It’s a Simple Transaction, Order Online, go in, pay, Grab Pizza, and go, Domino’s has to Do Better, but I’ll take My spending Elsewhere, Suggesting Everyone Do the Same
