We order from here atleast once a week but for some reason recently our cheese dip is burnt. Beyond belief for the most part. If you go to dip ur bread in it – it’s. Solid rock or it breaks apart in pieces and it’s happened atleast the last month. It’s going to make us stop ordering from there and I’m going to be so sad but it’s for good reason. It’s become such a waste since we can’t eat it.

Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered my pizza at 1pm and I got a notification at 1:43 that my food was out the over and almost an hour late I hadn’t heard from nobody at the location. I then went up there to get my food and then I get my cheese dip and it looks like this. I then had to go back to the location to get it remade and the associate helping me wouldn’t even remake my bread twist or the inconvenience. And after me and her arguing back and forth she issued me a refund. This is not how you do business.

Toppings are sparse even when paying for ‘extra’, In fact the toppings stopped 1.5″ to 2″ from the edge. The staff are courteous and nice. Orders are usually on time .

I have ordered thin crust pizza and cheese stuff. They burnt down the cheese stuff and pizza is with tons of cheese and uncooked. The worst place to order from. Never order from this store.

Horrible quality! My items were burnt and everything was cold. And I tipped the guy 10$.smh O and by the way you can’t call to complain because their number doesn’t work. I made an online order. Side note* Gm called me the next day and gave me credit for my order, but I did have to go online to complain.

Horrible service and not professional at all, called an was sent to an answering service. Placed order only to be called back an hour later to be told order was canceled. Then was given directions on how to speak with actual store, done that to FINALLY speak with someone and explained situation and tried to place another order. The lady seemed confused to then be sent to another gentleman on the phone to be rude as I explained to him that I was ordering for a customer an saying what I was given for him to then be rude as hell over the phone. I will no longer order from this establishment!

Our teenage son loves a Dominoes pepperoni pizza about once very 3-4 weeks. We’ve been ordering from this location since moving here in May of 2019. The pizza is delivered hot by drivers who are all very nice. All staff have always been pleasant and respectful. Pizza is usually delivered within 30-45 minutes unless it’s a holiday weekend or some sports are on TV or whatever… I find it best to order well before if it’s a busy time in Dallas or big sporting events are going down.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the food and its appearance. As a Dominos delivery driver for another location, I found the pizza to be a little bit burnt around the outer area and the person who answered the phone definitely didn’t have a smile on his face.
