Very rude!! Store needs new managers and better customer service!! The manager “Cameron” and worker Jasmine are very rude and lied about their information, they hung up in my face twice and now isn’t answering my calls. They left me with the wrong order and didn’t want to give me a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this store either.

I went on a Friday night, the store was missing products but I thank the female manager who made my experience good. I waited for 1 hr for my pizza and when I checked the condiments weren’t on it . I had to wait 30 mins more to get them. I order a Alfredo pizzza but it didn’t have any Alfredo just cheese. Tip! Don’t GO ON A FRIDAY NIGHT IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO WAIT 1hr+

Absolutely the worst! I ordered a pizza that never arrived. I had to call the store three times to even speak to anyone coherent then the issue was never resolved. I got nothing out of the entire process but lost over$15. I hope whoever Lyons is they enjoyed the pizza and tip.

Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich. My medium pizza was ‘extra crispy’ to put it mildly. The second pizza was supposed to be a large extra cheese. Instead they sent a large pepperoni and sausage. I called 5 minutes after the delivery girl left, talked to a Manager who said they would send out a correct one asap. Called 2 hours later, still no pizza! Now it is 6 hours later and still no pizza or response from the staff

I ordered pizza online. I got there early. When I walked in someone did ask me my name. So we both knew my pizza was not ready yet. Then I watched that same young lady talking on her cell it had to be by ear piece. Because she was not talking to anyone in the store. So after some minutes watching her keep adding pizzas to the shelf. I asked her about my pizza. She said well I’m busy and it ain’t been sitting there that long. I was like are you serious. If my family was not waiting on this pizza I would not take it. Then I guess this other lady came over and said , well it hasn’t been sitting there that long and the shelves keeps the pizza hot. She said let me give you a small drink and I will discount the pizza. I look at my receipt and it was a dollar off. I can’t believe customer service has gotten this bad.

This is one of my favorite Dominos i live way on the other side of 35 and wheatland but worth driving here, the young boy with the curly hair always so sweat when I walk in always greats me and my pizza is always so good compared to the one off camp wisdom, the manager Richard is always helpful as well super nice and also Michael the young boy.
