Have went to this Domino’s for years. In the past it has been pretty good. But lately the food isn’t as good and the last two times the wait time has been excessive. Last time (8/23) we waited almost an hour for our pizza (going in numerous times) & they hadn’t even started it & told us that they were doing delivery orders. We cancelled the order and went somewhere else. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Ordered delivery at night and waited for 2 hours and tracker was showing driver on the way but suddenly they cancelled my order and mentioned that they have less crew and many orders. I just can’t understand if you guys can’t keep up the pace why are you guys accepting the orders and making wait for the food and simply canceling the order after 2 hours.

I don’t know what happened to Dominos I used to order once a week, for those nights when I didn’t feel like cooking and had the most terrible experience and my pizza and wings where 2 hours late!! I called for an update and got a rude “manager” named Tanner who then hung up on me, after I told him it’s been 2 hours where’s my food! Emailed corporate to let them know about their management haven’t heard anything since, randomly got a call and voicemail from someone I called to maybe give them a try again and the guy that answered the phone left me on hold then answered the phone “WHATS UP” then quickly put me back on hold when he realized he answered the wrong line then picked up 5 minutes later I guess once he realized I didn’t hang up, why bother at this point, they seem very low customer based and would probably spit on the pizza. Save yourself some time and spend your disposable income somewhere else

Originally we placed our order for 2 pizzas and a sandwich and the driver went to the wrong driveway and we thought our order would be canceled. We then spoke with the manger who remade our order fresh and delivered it himself in a very timely manner as well as comped the meal and brought a free drink for our kiddos. I didn’t get his name, but thank you so much for fixing the problem and for getting our food to us hot.
