I just moved to the area literally less than 2 weeks ago. I placed an order through the mobile app totaling $42. The delivery guy, I believe his name is Paul, arrived he was nice and very friendly. I signed for my order and he was on his way. The next morning, I received an email stating that my total was updated from $42 to $48. I did not leave a tip, so that let me know that the delivery guy, Paul wrote in his own tip at some point after he left (technically that’s stealing). Furious I called the store and informed them of what happened. I was told that in 3 days I would see a refund into my account for the stolen amount. Before I realized it, the entire week had gone by and still no refund. I called the store again, and spoke to a manager, I don’t remember her name. I informed her of what happened and she offered me a free large 2 topping pizza. When the pizza was delivered, IT WAS THE SAME DELIVERY GUY THAT HAD STOLEN MY MONEY, PAUL!!! I could not believe it. He wasn’t as chatty this time, I’m assuming, because he knew what he’d done AND that I had found out about what he’d done. I was dumbfounded. Opening the pizza box, it was burnt, hard and made on very very thin pizza dough that literally felt like paper. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through so we ended up having to pull them apart

I had the best experience at this location, Eaira did an awesome job making our order . Her customer service was A-1 , the pizza tasted amazing. I will be going back and asking for her too take and prepare my order. 10/10 must try again

My pizza was only “cut” none of the pieces are actually cut through. It’s definitely not that hard to cut a pizza, to where the slices can be pulled apart easily. Do better.

I paid $10.99 for a 10″ round regular classic crust pizza tonight. Never again! A 14″ classic cheese or pepperoni pizza at Little Ceasar is $6.99. Did I mention $11 dollars for a 10″ cheese pizza?

The delivery driver “Vincent” has got to be ignorant. My directions for the contactless order were to place the order on the bench on the porch, then ring the bell. HE DID NOT DO EITHER OF THE TWO! He tossed the order at the doorstep on the ground then walked away! If I didn’t have a video bell I wouldn’t have known my order was outside.

My pizza was deliver very fast. It was hot and tasty. The delivery girl, Ava was very sweet and nice. I always pretipped a good % so my pizza gets to me faster. Used to be a pizza delivery driver myself. We would remembered which address tipped us poorly.

Hey I know Dominos can be a little iffy sometimes and they catch a lot of flack. I mean heck, look at this specific location; they are under 3 stars. But with that said, they absolutely crushed it today at peak lunch hours and I feel they deserve recognition. My food got here super quick and it was hot and delicious. Thanks guys.

Halloween night. Ordered at 8:15 and the estimated time was 41-51 minutes. Called after 55 minutes and cashier said it would be 2 more hours. Why would we want to eat at midnight? Three hours later. Ignorant rude and too new of a location to have dumb dumbs answering their phones who placed us on hold and left us there so we had to call back so we could get a refund. Will not order from here will stick to Marcos Pizza.
