Called in at 4:30 to confirm they can do a brunch delivery. Placed the order for 22 pizzas, and called back to confirm delivery. Night manager said “do not worry and that it would show up on time”After requesting a number to call and confirm the delivery he said I must have spoken with corporate and that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order.

I ordered online, was told 35 minutes for delivery after 56 minutes tracker said delivered I called store, was told driver forgot something was back on the way about to pull up nearly 30 minutes later, I called store again and again no apology and it’s almost there. I usually order from this place quite often as we live 3 minutes away. I ordered a pizza at ~10:30pm and after checking the tracker it said “Marcos had my pizzas in the oven.” Then after about ten minutes the tracker told me my order was cancelled. I attempted to call the store only for them to ghost me multiple times. It says it’s open until 12am, they had my order prepped but then cancelled it for no reason and refused to answer the phone. We’ll have to keep track of our account as on the online receipt it says we were charged. Completely unprofessional for the team to fail to provide any answer as to why my order was cancelled or what happened.

Horrible horrible horrible they marked my order complete and delivered so we turned the hospital upside down trying to find where my order went to to finally call the store and find out they had canceled my order and never even delivered it like they said they did now I got to wait 3-5 business days to get my money so now I can’t even get something somewhere else horrible horrible horrible

If I could give them 0 stars i would, order at 6:30 tracker said at 6:32 they started preparing 50 minutes later no pizza . I called and after being on hold they told me my pizza was just going in the oven, after waiting for so long i just decided to cancel.
