What a waste of money! Paid $60 for what turned out to be tasteless, dry, and terrible looking pizzas. Cheese you ask? Where? Because these pizzas had so little cheese, that for each pizza there was only 3 slices out of 10 that were even close to edible. Called the Domino’s manager to report the issue, and he was kind and offered to remake the food. We accepted, and waited for our better pizzas to arrive. Only problem was that the 2nd round was as bad as the first!! We will not be ordering from Domino’s again. I’ve had better Totino’s frozen pizzas than this junk!

ordered pizza yesterday and the delivery stated 17-24 minutes and after it had been close to an hour I decided to give them a call to which they tell me they tried to call me to get an apartment number (which I made sure I included) and I don’t answer unknown numbers and if they need me they can leave a voicemail… well they left no voicemail and didn’t try to call again so my pizzas sat out for a good 30+ minutes. when the pizzas arrived the dominos driver dropped them both on the ground and instead of offering to take them to go get new ones made, he said if we have any “problems” call and they will make us a new one. I called, to be told there was a 45 minute wait to get our pizzas replaced so we opted for credit and had nothing for dinner. i’ve tried to give this dominos chances but I don’t think I will order from them again.

Horrible!! Every time we order at this location the pizza is missing half of the topping! Also, both pizzas are burnt!! Go to Alvarado or Keene.

Called after our order hadn’t been delivered after almost 30 minutes past delivertime, after seeing a car drive by our house slowly for several minutes. We called, they stated we didn’t order from them, told we were on hold for the manager and hung up on. We called back, heard the manager re-state our correct address and correct phone number and said he would call the delivery driver. We saw the same car maybe 7 minutes later, we flagged down the car down, he STILL had an incorrect address and phone number? I dont know what they are doing here, but the communication is not great. We usually order from marcos and will probably continue to after this lol

The worst experience, I bought 3 pizzas and when the App showed me that it was ready, I went to look for it and they didn’t have it ready, I had to wait for the preparation for more than 10 minutes in the store, the system that Domino has does not work in this store

The food we ordered tasted great. It was delivered fast and hot. I would have rated five stars but I was a bit peeved at how my pizza was cut. And yes that one piece is just one giant misshaped hunk. I’m not saying get out the measuring tape and make it exact, but at least make it look like you tried.

Ordered a pizza at 10:03pm the online tracker said it was taken out of the oven and undergoing quality control at 10:10pm. Then the online tracker crashed and would not reload. The website for the store said that it was extremely slow for that entire time and by 11: 33 my order has not arrived. When I called to cancel my order the person I spoke to was exceedingly rude, they refused to give me their name or allow me to speak to a manager. I worked at Domino’s for 8 years and unless things have changed significantly they did not bother to get the correct information to actually cancel my order. So I’m fairly certain that they have no intention of canceling it and are just going to charge me for a pizza they never delivered essentially stealing from me. I guess we will see if the charge goes through on my card statement. I hate to think that way but nothing about this interaction has giving me any reason to think otherwise.

Cheyenne was awesome, she was the ONLY one working there and she was moving like she had 8 arms. She did fantastic and made sure I was taken care of, along with the customers on the phone. Very impressive. Pizza was great.

This is the reason why I don’t work or order from this company anymore; sry wasn’t able to take pics this time. So I did the coupon 5.99 on 2 or more items carryout special, getting two med pizzas and spinach feta chessy bread. Now the only items that tasted satisfying were the med hand tossed pizza with half sausage and half bacon for my kids and the spinach feta cheesy bread; my thin crust alfredo chicken and onion pizza tastes dry with not enough alfredo sauce, cheese, and there wasn’t any oregano on it at all! I got all my items that I ordered but dominos company, in general, has always been very stingy with how much cheese or toppings they put on their items with or without us being in inflation. They need to improve on making a thin crust pizza more satisfying, like where u bite into a slice or square and think to urself, this hits the spot; sry I didn’t feel that and haven’t seen any improvement on their thin crust pizzas; edible but not satisfied.
