On time delivery to hotel. Light on meat, heavy on veggies. Salad was partially dry, should have had 2 packages of dressing. Could have used a bit more garlic on crust. A “free” medium pizza with salad delivered was $26. Nothing free about it.

Every time I order from them it’s 2 plus hours before delivery. The food is either over cooked or wrong order. Manager promised 1 hr deliver this time l. Yet again 2.5 hrs later still not here and kids and I have to go to bed! Won’t be ordering again oh just opened and ones burnt again!!!

Ordered two thin crust pizzas just before 5 pm. They got to my house at 6:52 and were burned, cold and inedible. Called to get them replaced. Staff member, very nice, said he would have new order out 30 minutes. No problem. Finally received the order and it was just as bad as the first order. $30 and three hours later I am writing this review. I won’t order again. So sad because y’all used to be my favorite.

Every time we come to THIS location we have to wait a ridiculously long time, our food is wrong(or burnt), & they NEVER bring out my pizza even though we do it through curbside. I understand every once in a while it gets hectic but with this location it is ALWAYS like this. We have tried it multiple times. Haven’t decided on if it’s worth the trouble for next time!

Just like everyone else, ordered a pizza and had to call because it just sat at the store. Quoted 25 minutes, called after 40, just to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes before delivery. Doubt she took into account drive time. By the time we get the pizza it will be over an hour since it was cooked. Based on all the reviews this place is consistently bad. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

went online to order a pizza. thier website stated I could only buy the spicy garlic stuffed cheese crust if I signed up to be a member . what a joke. instead I went to dominoes and they had an awesome deal where all internet orders were half price this week . thank God for having other pizza options I would never give u my information for some red pepper flakes you creepers.

Have had good pizza from here before but my most recent visit left a real bad taste. Placed my order online, 2 medium 2-topping pizzas, and 3 ranch dressings. When I was rung up in store, the ranches weren’t listed, but one pizza cost $3.25 more than the other. I spent ten minutes with three workers including a manager going over the receipt and was told that’s just how the math from the online coupon I used looks when printed out. I was tired and hungry and just wanted my pizzas so I eventually gave up. They rang up the three ranches separately and charged me for them. I looked at my order again when I got home and yes I was definitely charged twice for the ranches. I also asked for extra BBQ sauce on my pizza, for which I was charged a dollar, and there was barely any sauce on it at all, which is the second time they’ve done that.

Third time in a row ordering delivery from this location and each time they call after I place my order and say, “our delivery time is over 2 hours, you can sit and wait or come pick up…” Tonight, I wanted to eat in a reasonable hour so I went to pick up. Arrived and the store had people working, but 2 phones were ringing (nobody answering them), and 6 people were waiting at the check out to speak to an employee. There’s clearly an issue with execution and efficiency at this location. Wish it was better.
