We’re back again this week all because of Tim’s excellent customer service last week. When we arrived to pick up our pizza I had failed to finish ordering it online. Tim had it out in record time, and was apologetic even though it was my mistake. It was also pouring rain and he offered a towel to dry the inside of my car as well as drinks while we waited. Domino’s should be proud of the way that Tim represents their company!

The pizza that was fresh was good, but the rest of our order not so much. I ordered carside pick up, and after waiting a bit, I decided I should just go on in. Once I came in, I was told they were waiting on my twists. I explained that I didn’t have twists on my order. After some discussion, I was informed that one of our pizzas was missed. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I have to wait an additional 20 minutes due to that mistake, I would think they would’ve remade our order. Nope, not the case. Once we returned home, the fresh pizza was great. The other 2 were hard and room temperature – yum.

This dominoes has always gotten our order right and it’s always done in a timely manner and hot and fresh when we get it! We order from here about once a week and love it everytime! The staff is super friendly and it’s very convenient because it’s right around the corner. We will definitely be coming back! Best pizza place in town.

I ordered a pizza online around 7pm and didn’t receive it until 8:15pm. The tracker told me they were quality checking for 50 minutes. I live just a few minutes away and it still took over an hour. I thought maybe they were backed up so I wasn’t too upset. Then I get my pizza and everything was cold. I wasn’t going to make a big deal until I called the store and was told they only had one driver and there was nothing they could do. I’ve ordered a few times and never has the costumer service and quality been this low. It’s not my fault they are understaffed and moving slow, I shouldn’t have to pay for inadequate service and cold food. The only thing keeping this from being 1 star is the fact that the driver Johnathon did a great job and was respectful.
