I ordered carry-out online for this store. Again, it is my fault for giving this store another chance since they are the closest to my house. I got there, and the girl at the counter asked me for the order’s name like three times. She returned and told me it was not ready yet, no problem; I got there too fast, I guess. Then I noticed that the girl was wearing earphones. She started making pizzas and forgot about me until another employee tried calling her attention, but she couldn’t hear anything. Then she acted like the order was just out of the oven.

I have attempted to contact this location for approximately an hour. I have been hung up on prior to speaking to anyone and now they do not answer. My pizza was dropped and returned to the store for them to add more cheese to cover it up. I will be disputing the charge and they can take that up with my bank. The tracker showed Robert near my home only to pass the street and head straight to the store. Then returned to my area to give me the pizzas I ordered with a messy box and uncooked cheese. I mean, they continue to not answer the phone. I wouldn’t be so upset if they owned up to it and made good on their mistakes. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way either. I placed the order to have it delivered around 3:45p and they didn’t come to the house until an hour after that.

From the second I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with smiling faces and exceptional customer service! The pizza OMG was absolutely PERFECT!!! The Brooklyn style crust was made to perfection… Foldable indeed! It was saucy, hot & fresh!!! Let me say this… The pizza didn’t make it home… I started eating it as soon as I got in the car, so don’t judge the quality of the picture lol! Just go try this Domino’s location!!!

I just ordered a pizza online and this store just turned around and cancelled it claiming they don’t have a driver and that I could come pick one up. Completely inexcusable. If I wanted to go pick it up I would’ve done that in the first place. Thought this was supposed to be a “delivery chain.” Won’t order here again.

We ordered pizza to be delivered. Doug made sure our order was perfect. Our pizza was really good. We waited a little bit than expected but our pizza arrived hot! Even though we were on tornado watch, I’m glad they take their job seriously and are risking their lives.

We live about 5 minutes but NEVER order on the weekend. It’s a good hour to two hour wait. During the week it’s normally fine. The pizza is always right and hot. The only thing that is consistently wrong is the stuffed cheesy bread. It’s undercooked at least 75% of the time.

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and when I received it, Nick (the delivery driver) dropped it off half opened. When I opened it up completely a bug flew out and the pizza wasn’t cooked well. The pizza had clearly been thrown together and not cut properly as well. I also ordered a sauce and it wasn’t delivered with the pizza. Do not order from them!! I have been trying to call but no one will answer the phone. This location needs to be closed down! I threw the pizza away. I’m not sure what was done to my food before I received it.
