Ordered two small (10″) pizzas online around 5:30 pm. The app said 35-45 minutes for delivery. The pizzas were finished baking after 30 minutes and went into Quality Check . . . and our order sat and sat and sat. We live 5 minutes from the store. Our pizzas (over $32 for the two small pizzas plus tax, $5 delivery fee and driver tip) were barely warm when delivered at 6:35 pm. Man, the days of a piping hot pizza in 30 minutes are LONG gone! Never again will I allow you to treat me that way, Domino’s!

I physically went to the store with my MIL and BIL only 2 ppl working. The one girl was so dang high she couldn’t do anything and still got the orders wrong. Then I ordered online a few days later. My order said delivered but I had nothing. Called the store and the girl said she had no order for me. Well about an hour later I got my food. Cold and hard, not even edible. Emailed customer service but of course nothing from them to fix it or even apologize. I have 4 kids in my home to feed and they love pizza.

“Quality Checked”…what a lie! Not only is my pizza uncooked and doughy as all hell, they thought they would substitute the two 2-liter sodas (68 fl oz.) I ordered with four 20 oz. bottles. How the hell does that add up! They should have offered seven bottles minimum.

I don’t post reviews unless it really needs attention from management!!! So I placed and order to pick up paid etc and I get a notification it was ready well I go in and tell the lady I’m here to pick up well she needs up saying it’s baking then there was like 5/6 employees and customers would start coming in like 5-6 and nobody would greet until a customer 10-15 later got there attention and then a Hispanic with glasses kinda blonde highlights short employee just gave the rolling eyes attitude and it was obvious until a white American employee Can apologize and starting helping us well I asked for my order and it was just sitting there and turns out get home and my order was not how I order it. So it’s very bad customer service and poor.

Ordered a pizza at 9:50. Was told it’d be an hour to an hour and a half, no problem. At 11:25 rather than communicating or delivering pizza they canceled my order. When I called to ask why order was canceled all I was told was that they don’t know why it was canceled. Terrible service, dissapointed in our youth

Our order was delivered with the pizzas dumped over on top of each other. No one will answer the phone and the “insurance” button on the app doesn’t work. In the future drivers will get a $0 tip if this is how they treat customers. Or we will become exclusively Pizza Hut customers.
