Needed food to feed nurses for nurses week. Decided pizza was great. Placed order on Domino’s website. Got a call immediately stating that only 1 employee was present and that the order would likely take 90 minutes. I was fine with the delay. What was unacceptable was the fact that I tipped the delivery driver $20 who then showed up with the food acting very upset that he had to deliver my order, and that I needed to order ahead of time for orders this large. We only ordered $200 worth of food. Needless to say, I will not be using Domino’s again.

I ordered no cheese – They got that part right. They burnt it, there is a piece missing, someone went sauce crazy (and pineapple crazy) so it is soaked… It was half salami and green olives / half pepperoni and black olives – No pepperoni or black olives. When I called the manager said ‘Clearly you are unhappy with your order’ ??? Sir, I ask, wouldn’t you be with this?

CONSISTENCY, Domino’s has good flavor for “fast food” pizza and never disappoints, it’s consistent. I don’t mean that negatively, it’s just not my Italian buddy’s grandma’s home made pizza which is 5 star to me. Domino’s is the only non homemade pizza I like.

My pizza toppings were black and over cooked. And gluten free is so small and since it was over cooked it was tough and chewy. Palios in Weatherford will make a large gf pizza for like only $1 more than what i paid for this small chewy burnt pizza. And manager is condescending and rude , never apologetic or tried to correct pizza. Also the only pizza place I’ve been to that doesn’t have parmesan cheese or red peppers.

They miffed my first pizza but not so bad that it wasn’t still delicious. They gave me two pizzas because of it. The customer service was great even though they were very busy. 3 out of 5 stars, wouldn’t change a thing.
