Good customer service from young lady working the front and making pizzas. Ordered Delivery online, this store fabricated the status of the order. Indicated it was delivered to my house about a hour after the order was placed. I had to drive to this location and pick up my order.

My first time ever at a very unprofessional Domino’s . employees couldn’t really hear people telling them their order because everyone has their headphones in. The phone keeps ringing a bunch of times. Everybody just looks at it or just let it ring. A bunch of people waiting for their delivery. They tell them it will be 20 to 30 minutes, but then it turns into hour in a half They’re very horrible customer service. I order a pepperoni pizza, it came out burn at the bottom. All the employees need retraining or better people at this Domino’s.

So I ordered a carry out order of about 70$ worth and 2 minutes later they canceled my order. So I called the store directly and the girl who answered the phone said let me go and get my manager. Guess what?! The manager never got on the phone. She came back to the phone and said that my order was probably canceled because it was for delivery. I then told her that my order was for carry out. Then she says oh someone over us must have cancelled it. Well guess what I’m calling corporate on Monday because I can’t get my money back for 2-5 days!!!! Bad Service and customer service!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. This place is terrible and customer service is the worse not sure how this place is even open. Bunch of employees and they can’t even keep up with phone or anything else because they’re too busy talking or on their phone. Online ordering or delivery never works and even when you order for pick up an hour ahead food is never ready. Called the placed about 10 times and no one ever picked up.

not only did we get our food 2hrs late but pizza was crushed and cold when calling the store i got such a snappy attitude and was told if i wanted my food to go pick it they will not re deliver and if they did it would be a 2 hr wait ?? seriously this is the 2nd time i get treated like crap from this establishment do these pizza look fresh to you???

The front of house is very disappointing, everything looked dirty and this is from the visual aspect. Recites that looks like a mountains, phone equipment on the stove ? The phone was ringing the whole time and not one person answered, also a gentleman came in to cancel his order because it had been 2 hours since they ordered and they tried to call in but since no one answered the phone he had to go in and cancel it. Honestly this place has bad management, it’s very unorganized.
