Negative 1000 stars if I could. I’m so mad. Ordered my little one pizza for being a big help with unpacking. It started bad when the tracker showed completed but I received nothing. I called the store to say I hadn’t received anything, I was told the driver was on the way. I asked for ETA, he said he didn’t know. I checked the door a few times, finally saw the boxes sitting outside. Driver didn’t have the decency to knock! Open the box to the foolishness you see in the photos. I asked for light sauce not a dry, brittle, burnt, cold, pathetic lifeless pizza that’s also not cut properly. The wings are also horrible. This mess shouldn’t be fed to wolves, let alone a 6 year old. Smh. I want a refund for the food and my tip. Everybody’s service sucked!

The pizza was delicious . The pizza we ordered was hand crafted by Goran. The dude knows how to make delicious food. The delivery service was top notch. The driver Rachael was fantastic!! Great customer service, efficient, and delivered with care!!! The photo doesn’t do the pizza justice because we tore into it the second it arrived and took a photo post devour .

Honestly, we they are fully staffed the experience is great as well as the food. Since they’ve been having trouble keeping people the quality is steadily declining. It’s hit or miss with this location. Always have a backup plan when you order from here.

Picked up 2 pizzas and they gave me the wrong order. Called back and whoever got the phone call told me “you need to bring the pizzas back. It’s the only way we have to prove it”. Seriously, what kind of requirement is that? On top they didn’t even gave me a “we are sorry for the inconvenience”. NOTHING!

Literally just got my pizza 2 hours after placing the order. Apparently a guy named Blake made it? He totally forgot the extra cheese on the pizza. Now that the order is finally here – the pizza is cold. Cold! Absolutely wild how it took that long. I placed the order at exactly 1:31 PM. It stated my pizza was done at 1:40 PM. For it to take 1 hour and 50 minutes to get to my door is outrageous. I even attached the pictures to show how dry it is as well as the non existent extra cheese.

Sitting in the hospital, I decided to throw a pizza party for the staff. 2 days ago, I ordered the pies and they arrived on time and hot. the staff was ecstatic. I then order one for myself and the manager remembered my name when my wife picked it up and thanked me for the order and gave me 2 Garlic Butters. Tonight I gave the night crew a party and again the pies arrived fresh and hot!!! Thanks for the food and fast service.
