They have severely messed up our order more than 3 times. We won’t be ordering from them again. They poured BUFFALO sauce all over my sons cheese pizza and delivered a dry Shriveled sad excuse for a pizza.

The worse dominos I’ve ever had from this location. We waited an hour for delivery only to go pick up the order. We didn’t get home with our order til after 12:30am last night. All four pizzas we ordered had minimal toppings,sauce, cheese and looked as if they were warmed back up in the oven(extremely crispy, and we didn’t order well done.) We had kids to feed! If this is how you guys treat your paying customers your whole staff needs to be retrained.

I arrived to the store regarding my missing items & bug infested food. I was treated poorly by store manager,given the fact that I was completely ignored by him from the jump. He didn’t care that my kids(whom was there),ate the bug infested food that was delivered to me. After going back and forth trying to get either fresh food,or a refund, he denied both,dismissed us,and laughed as we walked out the door. I cried my eyes out,and me and my kids were left to starve for the remainder of the night. He most certainly gave me racist vibes for sure.Also,my mother is scared for her life,all because that man knows where she lives. He was DISRESPECTFUL towards us from the minute we walked in,for no apparent reason. I’m still livid!

Pizza arrived almost 2 hrs late after placing order. Pizza was cold and they didn’t have my drink with my with my cold pizza. Driver tells me they didn’t have anymore drinks and I tipped before delivery since I didn’t have cash on me. They never answer the phone either.

If this is what quality service and customer service has come to then it’s a sad world out there!!!! This was supposed to be my dinner before I go to work at Amazon all night and then 2 my hospital job in the morning so I didn’t feel like cooking and people should be able to enjoy their food or I don’t expect you to take my money!!!! If I worked for the health department this would truly be rated unsafe and it’s disturbing to get food in this condition after waiting what seemed like forever just to get this hard, cold run down service!!!! Lord JESUS please give me the strength to cook or a new pizza place
