Ordered pizza at 2:42. Pizza arrived at 4:04. I tried calling store 10 times only to be hung up on or disconnected every time before I could say anything. It was all cold. Paid 20% tip for driver who couldn’t bother calling to find address which was 5 minutes from him.

I called the store after ordering online tonight because I ordered extra mushrooms and bacon on my pizza. the bacon amount was ok but this definitely isn’t extra mushrooms. I understand that mushrooms shrink when they’re cooked but if I’m gonna pay for extra, I should receive extra and I didn’t. and I’m certainty not going to go to the store after paying a delivery fee for then to fix it

Horrible experience. Seems like they screw up your order on purpose if you don’t tip, which isn’t the customers fault. We like to write in a tip based on the service, instead of automatically putting in a tip on the front end the way the app requires.

Hey I’ve definitely had much better service before but the pizzas I ordered were cooked properly and tasted great. Took awhile for the late crew to come to the drive up window and give us the order that was clearly sitting on the heat rack but the employees were friendly so I didn’t really care. Never had any issues with the food provided here so far but we are also outside of their tiny delivery zone so I can’t say anything about the quality of their delivery drivers. For a chain pizza restaurant it does the job. You know what you’re getting ordering from these places.

Accurate delivery times have gone downhill lately. Understaffing is not an excuse. Don’t quote 35 minutes if it’s going to be and hour and a half. My pizza has been sitting at the store cooked for 45 minutes and no update for delivery. This is one of 2 places that will deliver to my address and I hate choosing Dominos anymore. Terrible service, moderate pizza.

Of I could put 0stars I would planed on having a party so I called ahead and order 5 pizzas and some wings waited 2 hours cause it was Friday night round 6 wen I placed an order 8 when I called them to ask about the order. Didn’t get an answer till 845. Then they tell me it’s another 1 1/2 before it’ll be ready because they haven’t even started on the order because it was so big… WTH sense does that make. So I told them 4 hours was way too long to wait for 5 pizzas to cancel my order so now I’m waiting 8-14 business days to get a refund because they can’t get their stuff together. And it was quite the hefty bill for some pizza

I ordered 2 medium pizzas here with 4 toppings. Last time I ordered was in Mansfield and the manager was awful to me and didn’t care that there was a receipt stuck to our pizza so we couldn’t eat half of it. Then within 2 hours I was vomiting and I called the next day telling about it. Again he didn’t seem to be bothered. Not even an apology. He sounded young. So this time we ordered from Rendon. I ordered the hand tossed because I like how fluffy the crust is. Well when we got it, it was thin, tough and hard. This whole pizza was way overcooked. It wasn’t burned but it was cooked so long that every topping was as tough and hard as the crust. I spat out the toppings because I got so tired of chewing. All except the pineapple. The ham, bacon and onion was just unedible. You couldn’t get it chewed up. The bbq sauce must have been dried up because it had hardly no taste like it usually does. So $25.00 on 2 pizzas that we couldn’t eat. WHATS HAPPENED TO DOMINOES? THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO THESE REVIEWS EXCEPT TO SAY EMAIL US SO WE CAN SOLVE THIS AND THEN WE NEVER HEAR FROM THEM.

Ordered pizza at 7:45pm with an estimated 35-45 minute delivery time. The tracker said our pizza was out of the oven being “quality tested” at 8:12pm. I called the store at 8:45pm and the phone was answered, “Thank you for calling Dominos, if your order is screwed up blame Ben or Jim”, or something similar. I responded hello and no one would respond. 9:06pm pizza arrived, delivery driver was very nice and I understand places are short staffed, so I was irritated by the delay, but I get it. I was simply calling to see if the order had left the store but the phone being answered that way and getting no response is unacceptable. Won’t order from this location again.
