Edited to add: we waited 45 minutes for the redelivery. Spoke with a manager who finally apologized and we got a full refund. This is the 3rd issue we have had with this specific dominos. We will be going back to Papa Johns exclusively.

I always love the pizza but…………….I made a giant cookie for a friends birthday and realized at the last minute I had no way to transport it. I called before they actually opened and hooray! I can get a large pizza box to transport this beauty. Thank you guys!!!

Pretty good. Had a somewhat disappointing experience with Pizza Hut recently and decided to try Domino’s. Unfortunately my 3 Domino’s pizzas “disappeared” when I went to pick them up (delivery driver accidentally took them maybe?) but they remade them and gave me some chocolate lava cakes. Oh, and the lava cakes were surprisingly delicious. I will be back.

Today 5/21/22 I went inside the store to order a Pan pizza (the thick one). The cashier person tried to charge me $13 but I mentioned that it should be $7.99. He proceeded to tell that if I wanted the $7.99 price I needed to order online. At this point I was frustrated, but tried to order via the phone app, but with all the confusing options I ended up running out of battery. I then went back to the counter to explain the situation, but the cashier guy said that there is nothing he could do to help unless I paid the $13. Basically, they brushed me off. SHAME ON DOMINOS, forcing walk-in customers to go online to get a better price or otherwise paid double the price or hit the door and take a hike.

Normally this domino’s is the only one I order from.. quick, on time, and makes everything perfectly today though I’ve called the store since 1040pm. And I know they close at 11. Not once have they answered their phone. I’ve called over 15 times… such a shame. Won’t be going through y’all for a while.
