Ordering Online is effortless. Order is always correct. If I order for lunch (10:30-11:00) delivery is about 30 minutes. If I order for dinner (6:00-9:00) delivery is an hour or more. Drivers are typically very courteous, but I have had a couple who could use some customer service training.

Ordered dinner this evenin, and this is how one of the pizzas showed up, the other one and and the dessert were fine, meaning it left the store like this because I watched the delivery guy take the boxes out of the case at my door. I get the work force shortage but took an hour almost for delivery (when website said 32-42 minutes) and pizza was luke warm at best. Disappointed. Have ordered from here many times and this is the first time somethin like this has happened

We won’t order from here again. I finally decided to call after 59 minutes had gone by on our “35-45” minute delivery. The guy who answered was very confused about what order we had and finally said,”Yea, it’s in the oven.” After he couldn’t confirm the name for our order. He said it was on the way soon and when we called back 10 minutes later he just laughed hysterically and wouldn’t tell us what happened to our order.

Well the joke is on me. I should have known better from previous bad experiences here. See picture, the joke is their pizza. They call this a premium pizza and charge $18 for a medium. Not sure why I keep coming back for more dissapointment. And please someone tell me why they expect us to leave a tip for a pick up order that is already greatly overpriced.
