Terrible customer service. I ordered a large pizza for carry out and they gave me the wrong pizza. When I called them to let them know about their mistake all I was told was to bring it back and get the right one. I go back and not so much as an apology was uttered. The girl that I spoke with in the phone just told another kid that mine was on the rack. He comes back with my pizza and just walks away. I had asked for pepperoni and double pineapple and when I opened the box to make sure it was right I found the sadness that passes for “double” at Domino’s. Definitely won’t be going back. Should have just gone to Marco’s.

Let me start with delivery time and person were great. I ordered the pasta Primavera and the chicken carbonara. Both advertised baked with Alfredo sauce. No sauce on either. Everything else is in dish. Just no sauce. Makes for dry pasta.

Ordered pizza, wings and drinks. Got a call that they are out of Sprite and I need to make a different choice. It took an hour and a half to get my order. Had just got off the phone with a manager named Hunter 2 minutes prior and he PROMISED my food would be hot but gave me excuses about no delivery drivers and they are backed up. He needs to be delivering imo. The pizza wasn’t hot but barely room temp, PLUS they didn’t bring the wings I ordered. The delivery girl apologized and told me to call the store. I told her I just hung up from Hunter before she arrived. Called the store again. Hunter refused to come to the phone. Spoke with Vincent? I told him it took an hour and a half to get my food. They called to tell me there is no Sprite, which I ordered, my pizza was cold after Hunter PROMISED it wouldn’t be, I did not get my wings and the delivery girl told me to call the store. I’m diabetic. I haven’t eaten all day (my fault) but I was dizzy, upset, hungry, almost fell when the delivery girl was handing me the cold pizza sigh. Vincent apologized for everything. Gave me several options to make it right. I chose one. Thanked Vincent. Commented that he; Vincent; should be General Manager. At least he didn’t lie to me. Thanks Vincent!!! Oh!!! The box and my pizza looks like someone sat on top of it or set something heavy on it and the crust is doughy and not cooked through…Hunter made the pizza according to the app smh. I won’t be ordering Dominos anytime soon. I have pictures of everything if I can figure out how to post them. Vincent was the ONLY good thing about this whole tragedy at Dominos tonight.

Absolutely terrible. Pizza sauce/cheese is soup-like and has a gritty texture. No way this pizza should have left the kitchen, and the “quality check” was neglected, skipped, or rushed. Won’t order from this location again.

Submitted order online. 1.) missing piece of order wasn’t delivered. 2.) I order my pizza’s with extra sauce bc this location is stingy with the ingredients. I haven’t ordered in awhile bc they always mess up the order. I was hoping this time the experience would be better. NOPE! Save yourself disappointment. Trying to take advantage of the coupons offered isn’t worth it

My Pizza and chicken wings were great. Young lady who took my order was very nice and kept smiling. My order was done within minutes. The young man came out to bring me my order to where I was sitting. Very nice to keep your customers happy. Great jobs guys.
