I loved just getting a cheese pizza with buffalo sauce on it. Today I didn’t get that and I can’t lie, I’m extremely upset. I’m pregnant and wanted something specific and the cooks couldn’t be bothered to read what I ordered. I paid for toppings I didn’t get. I ordered a second pizza with them, pepperoni and banana peppers and you can barely see the banana peppers on the pizza, so my spouse is also disappointed with his pizza. I’ve had more issues from this location than good experiences, and it’s sad how many chances I’ve given them. I’ve been on hold to try and tell them my order is wrong for over 15 minutes now and they won’t answer the phone. I shouldn’t have to drive 15 minutes back up to the location to get this rectified. I love Domino’s but the inconsistency of not getting what I order is becoming too much. The only good thing about my recent trip was the gentleman who gave me my order was kind, that is literally it. I suggest ordering somewhere else if you want you order to be correct every time you order.

I have been working for this domino’s location since 11/26/22. I understand customer’s get frustrated with wrong order’s and such sometime’s we get really really busy and we try our best to match the made pizza to the order while pizza is coming out the other side trust me we get frustrated too but we dont take out our frustration on you customer’s. i am a customer as well when i’m not working if they got my order wrong i would politely and nicely tell them they got it wrong and still continue to be there customer once a customer always a customer.

I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. Drowned my pizza in buffalo sauce to cover up the burnt cheese, hot wings were raw…. Took the pizza back and the manager comes up refunds me my money no apology or anything.

Was studying and washing clothes late so I didn’t want to cook tonight. Used an online coupon from their app for a supreme-everything on it pizza inn garlic and parmesan sauce. Wasn’t in the mood for tomatoe sauce and I’m glad, pizza is delicious! Not overdone or underdone, just right. thank you! I’ve had both, over and under done at a different Domino’s (they were pretty inconsistent). Coupon took $6 bucks off! I literally paid $20 for my large, everything on it pizza, plus tax, delivery and tip (and I gave 20%!). Love it. Crust is also soft and tastey, well seasoned. Thank you for making my night less stressful and easy. About to prep for my late night test. Delivery guy also wore mask and was extremely professional. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be ordering from y’all again .
