The last 3 times we have called and placed an order, we go to pick it up and the employees have no record of our order. They have to retake our order and wait for it to be made. Most of the employees don’t seem to know what they are doing. While I was there this past time, I saw multiple other customers coming in with complaints or to pick up missing pieces to their order.

This franchise donated multiple pizzas to feed our local volunteer fire department and the Texas A&M Forestry Service personnel as they were battling a 150 plus acre brush fire near Rockdale, TX. The service is nice. The food is not that good. The pizza tasted like it had a moldy flavor also the plain chicken wings were so mushy and the meat was almost translucent. The blue cheese doesn’t taste like blue cheese, it taste like a sour….something. It was not a good dinner experience.

I went here maybe a month ago. I placed an order. The tracker said it’s ready for pick. I walked in. It wasnt even started? I asked about the app error I could have committed and they weren’t the nicest. I wish they were as passionate in their customer service as they were in yelling at each other as I witnessed in the 25 minutes I had to wait.
