Consider me no longer a domino’s customer. How are you going to be this huge national restaurant, it be 4pm and you don’t even have change for 100 dollars in the register to take my payment? I came in and was right away disrespected by the manager Niki. I have never felt so ticked off, especially how this was our first time meeting one another. I hate that now I have to drive a total of 48 minutes (I live 30 min from robinson) just to get Dominos, just because i want to avoid this type of management.

They delivered my food to the wrong address. Fine mistakes happen. But what was not ok is that instead of making a new order and delivering that, the driver went to the place they dropped off the food, picked it up and tried to give me the food that was sitting outside somewhere unattended for 20 minutes. The store manager didnt see anything wrong with that. She told me “you’re rude and I’m refusing you service don’t come back” I absolutely will never come back to this domino’s.

I was very disappointed with the “Philly cheese steak” sandwiches we ordered last night. After bragging to my bf about how delicious these sandwiches are and having him pick up two in way home from work, we had to cook dinner anyway. The sandwiches we’re literally all bread and burnt cheese. Hardly no meat at all.

I stopped off at Domino’s on my way home ,went in, and ordered 2 large thin and crispy pizzas .Up on paying for my order, the machine asked for a tip .This was very upsetting due to the fact that this is not a sit-down , restraunt where a waitress is waiting tables to service peoples needs while dining.People here are working for a wage and are just doing their job! To top that off, prices are expensive enough as it is . I don’t think it’s right to expect tips, especially from senior citizens . Most restraints aren’t even selling quality food for the money a person is expected to pay .It’s sad, but most take your money and don’t have enough pride to serve top-notch food . It’s getting to the point. It’s not worth going out for a meal .

This is the second time this week we have ordered from here. The first one was absolutely amazing the only issue was the order of wings wasn’t full. This time was absolutely horrible. The pizza was over cooked. They called and said they was out of bone in wings so they offered boneless. Said they would put in more wings since they had to do boneless. The “wings” was smaller than chicken nuggets. They was hard as if they had been sitting for a while. And they have one little cup of sauce. This was a horrible experience and really a waste of money.
