Crust was completely burnt and spinach was falling apart from being so over cooked. We called and they refused to correct their actions, saying that their pizza is always the same.. There was also no sauce and barely any cheese. The manager was absolutely unbothered by our concerns and continuously told us “that’s how the pizzas always are.” Never once apologized or cared to fix their mistake (or even admit that they may have made a mistake.) she told us that next time we need to ask for our pizza to be pulled out of the oven early if we don’t like it fully cooked. Absolutely awful customer service and careless employees. Disappointing.

I planned on giving delivery driver a cash tip so i wrote zero on the tip line…the driver caught attitude with me once he saw the zero ….his behavior was very entitled for sure ,needless to say i kept my tip ….also pizza was burnt and cold …it also had little to no sauce as well ….not to mention after an hour i called to see if the delivery order went through and the guy said its already left and on the way…..it took this driver 30 solid minutes to get from wooded acres to North New Road …..yall its better to stick with Papa Rollos or Marcos ….this dominoes is a joke what a waste of money i cant believe i wasted my money on a pizza that was borderline inedible….

I ordered my food online, was told it would be about 30-45 minutes. After an hour and a half they had just finished prepping it and told me it would STILL be another 35-40 minutes! I asked the manager for an email, text, letter something showing a refund. She said that she couldn’t do that. She could print the void out and have me pick it up. I spent 70 dollars and she didn’t care if I had proof of void. She did not care at all. I spoke with the manager and she had no real customer service. Was told that it was the driver’s fault and that he was late and about his employment history which I did not want. Poor timing, poor customer service.

This location is terrible. I walked in and nobody said anything to me. After three minutes go by I start tapping my phone on the counter and someone comes up to me and doesn’t say a word just stares. If I’m paying $30 for one meal maybe try to be kind and have some customer service. It shows my order is ready on the screen, but I’m just standing here waiting for my one pizza and soda. Will never be back if possible. Pretty sad they will just hire anyone. Yikes.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this Domino’s location. However, this last experience will be the last experience I ever have with Domino’s. All of my previous bad experiences have been because I have gone to pick up the pizza that the pizza tracker says is ready only to have to wait for at least another 45 minutes. It has been an inconvenience, but I’m a pretty patient guy and I’ve let it slide. This last time was earlier this month. It was my birthday and we had several people over and decided that we would all pitch in on pizza. We placed a fairly large order at about 7:30pm. Pizza tracker said it was ready at about 8:30pm. My brother-in-law goes to pick up the pizza. Same issue as before, pizza isn’t ready like the tracker said it was. He gets told that it will be another hour. He comes back and we wait. At 9:15, we called to check the progress of the pizza so that we wouldn’t make an unnecessary trip and they can’t find our order. They tell us that we must have put the order in with a different location. We explained to them that we did indeed put the order in with them at that location and that the order was even acknowledged when my brother-in-law was up there at 8:30. After being on hold for a good while, they finally say that it will be ready in another half hour (10:00pm). My brother-in-law and friend go to pick up the pizzas and the manager (we assume she was the manager because of this next statement) says, “Any other manager would have canceled this order. You’re welcome!” and then stomped off. Why? Because it was a large order? Well, I’ll save her the trouble of ever having to make an order for us again.

I’m a very patient person, so I didn’t bug them until it had been well over an hour. The tracker said that they had “quality checked” my order over 30 minutes before I finally called .
