Love Domino’s! We stayed at the Marriot and this place is within 2 blocks. Kids immediately rushed and ordered. Pizza is always right on, delicious to say the least. Customer service was great and order came out quickly. This place closes at 1am so always an option for late sleepers! Super recommended!!

Called the number given and was transferred to what sounded like India. I placed order and they said or system is down and transferred me to the store. I explained the situation and she said why not just call the store. I said I called the number listed and this is what happened. I asked her to cancel the order she said your card has been processed. Interesting the first person couldn’t process my card and shes saying it processed. I believe this is a scam. Don’t order from here.

They LIED about when it would be delivered. I called (25 minutes after they said it would be delivered) and they said its on the way. I got a text 30 minutes later (after my call) saying the delivery driver is on the way. Save your money and DO NOT order from here. Horrible experience.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION NO STARS I WOULD. I PLACED MY ORDER AT 9:30PM AND THE TRACKER STATED IT WAS BEING PREPARED AT 9:31PM WITH A 34 MIN ETA FOR DELIVERY. AT 10:30PM I CALLED THE LOCATION BECAUSE THE TRACKER STILL SAID IT WAS BEING PREPPED. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE LOCATION IS LESS THAN A MILE FROM ME. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 7 MINS AND HE GETS MY INFORMATION AND SAYS HOLD ON. CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND ASKED FOR MY NAME AGAIN AND SAID HOLD ON. I HEAR HIM TALKING TO SOMEONE IN THE BACKGROUND SAYING THIS ORDER HAS BEEN SITTING HERE SINCE 9:30, AND SOMEONE SAYS OH SH*T I FORGOT. THE GUY COMES BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAYS WELL YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WE CAN GET TO IT BECAUSE WE HAVE OTHER ORDERS AND WE WILL DELIVER IT WHEN WE GET A CHANCE. I POLITELY SAID NO THANK YOU, CANCEL MY ORDER AND HE SAID OKAY COOL AND HUNG UP. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, I DON’T THINK THEY ARE ORGANIZED AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A BUNCH OF CHILDREN “WORKING” AND PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND. Literally the worst! I ordered my pizza at 6, said it was delivered 30 min later went downstairs to check nothing was there so I called and the guy was super rude otp telling me the driver called multiple times but I never got one call so he said theyd bring another driver to bring my order and the driver calls 5 minutes later and tells me he’s otw and that he’ll call when he’s outside so I can sign so I wait a whole hour and text the driver just for him to tell me that it was already delivered. Like wth it was honestly the worst experience

Worst experience ever. The staff is incompetent and rude. We put in a phone order and my phone died after the call. I got home 30 mins prior to when it would be delivered, charged my phone and got a text 20 mins later the order was cancelled. When we called the store they said bc my phone went to voicemail they cancelled it. As I was speaking to the girl I mentioned that the last girl got all my info and I had opted to pay cash since my phone would’ve died before I could give my card. She said that was wrong and as a 1st time customer I’d have to pay card. She proceeded to have an attitude and act like it is my fault her co-worker gave me wrong info. We requested a manager who spoke with my boyfriend but was just as pathetic as the 1st two people. He offered no apologies or explanation and just kept saying “okay sir”… Tbh they should just fire the whole staff and start over. The other reviews suggest this location is worthless and I must agree.

just recently put in a order receiving my free pizza when I order a carry out, I walked into the store after the pizza was supposed to be made at 1:20 PM the cook did not start making my pizza till then, after waiting another 30 minutes, it was time for me to receive my pizza, and then he instructed me that I will have to pay for it I showed him the app that I was supposed to be free but it was still trying to charge me $2.16. I told him I just walked a mile to pick up my food. I don’t have my wallet because I was under the impression that it was a free pizza and I shouldn’t have to pay for taxes or anything as long I follow your guidelines . He refused to give him my free pizza. The manger that work on Sundays during noon suck a person and shouldn’t treat people like that it was 94 degrees outside he have no empathy and hate his job and try to make everyone day harder for no reason

This is INSANE. Put in an hour over an hour ago, and it still says prepping. Then call the store after giving them the benefit of the doubt and I get nobody on the phone until sitting on hold for 20 minutes. The 2 stars is only because they guy ok the phone was respectful, but thats all they had going. Never again will I come back to the city and order from this dominoes.
