From the complaints it looks as if I am not the only person that has had an issue with the woman manager and her service. I use to stay off of 1960 and I never had any issues with Dominos. I move and both times I have attempted to order online I have gotten errors and was told to call the store. I call the store and tell the lady about my issue and she was just like “well you cant get that over the phone you have to order online.” Like yes I understand that, but this is the second time online has given me issues so I am calling for help. She provided me with no solution besides ordering a higher price deal over the phone. I did end up placing a complaint through the corporate phone number and she immediately called me saying that she was not being rude and just very aggressive. I told her that even if she feels like she wasn’t being rude thats how it was and it came off to me. And I also told her that this is not how you call a customer because they complained that you did not fix their problem. So training is needed for her to have more professionalism and empathy towards customers or she needs to find a new line of work. Oh and by the way, this how my pizza came. All that bread showing without cheese is crazy.

I had ordered a pizza. I had 60 pts that I did not use for this order. I had canceled the order because they did not deliver to my area. Not only was my order canceled. They took my unused points. I was told to call the corporate office. She didn’t know her own company corporate office. I had Google the number. They want u to email them.

I never get what I ordered. My pizza is always no good. I ordered a 5 topping pizza and got a pizza with only a sprinkle of them on. When I asked the manager Stephani to please remake it she said that it would come like this each time. So I asked for a refund because she was really rude as well. I took my money and order it down the street at another domino’s and got a perfect pizza. Don’t go here because they will never admit they are wrong. I have pictures to provide that proof of there sloppy and unprofessional management they have at this location. I love dominos have the app and everything but I rather not even get some if it’s from here.

I paid $45 for greasy Pizza that was horrible and had to be drowned with ranch dressing. The wings were horrible and a little bigger than a bottle water cap. We all have stomach cramps and nausea about 30 minutes after eating. Then I have the driver tell me that I had to meet him in the parking lot because they didn’t deliver after dark to your door. Why isn’t this on their website? I would have not bothered with ordering from here if I would have known I had to go out in the cold to meet them at the gate.

We ordered pizza it took them 30 min to “prepare” the pizza. We never received it. It states he was 6 min away from delivery and we did not get it. I keep tryin to call the Dominos location and no one wants to answer the phone. All we want is our pizza!!!!!!
