So they brought us the wrong pizza , called back and they told us that we were going to get a replacement pizza within 30 minutes. 30 minutes have passed by and no one has came to drop of our replacement pizza. Currently on the phone with them, they answered only to tell us to pls hold. I have been on hold for 15 minutes already. my order number is #2835 . Can I just get my refund this is just really upsetting. We were looking forward to that pepperoni , italian sausage , premium chicken and pineapple pizza :/

I ordered. The order never arrived. Customer service was terrible. I tried call them 3-4 times and it was terribly hard to get in contact with them for some reason. They said I’ll be getting my replacement order within the next 30 minutes. Not only that but the workers were also screaming that I was lying about NOT getting my order and NOT getting any calls. Refused to deliver pizza to our door. My daughter and I are sick with strep throat, I ordered pizza for her sister. I explained this to the delivery driver and the manager, they wanted me to haul myself and my sick child, who is asleep with fever, to the front of our apartment complex. I thought this delivery would be contactless as it was advertised on the website. I needed my pizza left at my door. I will never order dominoes again.

Horrible service , pizza never got here after ordering twice and the manager just rude, told me to complain to 1800 domino’s and hung up with the nastiest tone like it was funny that I did not get my order. How do you hire such unprofessional general managers. I email the owner to see just how if she’d even the general manager.

Bailey and the rest of the dominos team was beyond awesome , kind and they actually looked like they loved being here , that is hard to come by , they were super professional and pizzas was fast and correctly done , they need a raise for how awesome they made my experience here today. I would definitely come back and despite all the Karen’s that come here they remain quite professional and extremely polite!
