I would have given five stars if the driver did not demand a tip before I could even hand him the money for the food, but I have to say the manager I spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding. My food was messed up as well and she had someone bring out my actual order. Very respectful whoever she is definitely deserves a raise.she handled my call very professionally.

My last two visits were not as good as usual. Due to an allergy in my family one of the pizzas I ordered 2 weeks ago was supposed to have no cheese, but after I got it home I saw it was fully covered in cheese. They wouldn’t deliver a replacement to me because that location is out of their delivery zone so I opted to receive a credit. I decided to use that credit this weekend. I had to call it in for them to see my credit. I ordered other items so when I arrived to pick up my order I still had to pay. I was 2nd in line but a man who felt he didn’t need to stand in line came and stood by the side of the counter right next to the lady at the register. When she was done with the lady in front of me she asked the man how she could help him! He said I’m here to pick up my order so she left me standing there to go get him his order! Wth, I was next! Another employee saw what she did and quickly asked how she could help me. I pay for for my order, get it home to discover the 2 ranch cups on top were not the extra ones I paid for, just the ones that come with the 2 orders of wings. My husband was sad, but he got even sadder when one of the wing orders had a hardly any buffalo sauce, just a light drizzle across the tops! I’ve never seen wings that weren’t completely coated in sauce. So, this last visit to this Domino’s was not very good. At least there was no cheese on the cheeseless pizza this time!!

Old wings!!!! We couldn’t even eat them. They gave us a 20% coupon for next time but we will not be using that after such a bad experience. The pizza had almost no cheese on it also. Just horrible food and a waste of money.

Honestly, I came into the situation already annoyed because I had to cancel an order elsewhere and we were all hungry. Dominos came through and got our pizza to us, on Friday night, in 25 mins. Amazing. I’ll never cheat again

Couldn’t even order. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me. I could see them at the pizza area. Thursday night at 9:20pm. And as im sitting in the parking lot typing this someone walks in and gets waited on.

Took them 1.5 hours just to acknowledge order to place in oven. Called 4 times and held for 20 minutes with no answer. Decided to drive to store. I was expecting to see store so busy when I got there that I would have to park far away… parked at front door.

I have ordered many times from this place and they make good quality pizzas and have good service, even great I’d say. The few times my order was not correct, they rectified it immediately which I respect. Many of my orders are also 10 or more pizzas ordered ahead of time and they always deliver them on time.

Pizza tonight was delicious, as per usual! The above & beyond came when our delivery driver Vince made an extra trip to bring us our Coke that was overlooked, which is an easily forgivable mistake. It made all the difference to our son, who has it as a treat once in a while. Thank you, Vince, for your show of integrity and true customer service!
