Delivery person was amazing…the food was abhorrent. My pizza was not cooked all the way the feta cheese wasn’t even melted or hot and was chewy and my pizza was the only one that was cold. The cheesy tater tots were burnt to a crisp and inedible. The only pizza that the family was able to somewhat enjoy was the kids pineapple pizza….we will order from the Brookshire location from now on.

I ordered pizzas for a few of the guys on my jobsite, I completed my online order about 11:20. I left the jobsite when the tracked said it was in the oven, I then replied to the text when I was in forn of the store at 11:46. At 11:48 I received a text saying they apologized because they missed the 2 minute window, I went inside at about 12:55 to be told that I’m the only person here. My food was brought to my truck at 12:06 & when I got back to the jobsite I could tell the young lady was rushing because my sandwich was not cut in half and the pizza slices weren’t fully cut. I don’t blame th eyoung lady but I blame management for not having additional personnel in the store.

Wings barely had any sauce on them and were so tiny. Pizza dough was thin, dry, inedible, just so gross. I have been eating dominos for 20 years and this is the only time I’ve ever wanted a refund, didn’t get it of course.

I ordered pizza and choose delivery. After waiting for more than 30 minutes once driver was already on the way. I got to know that driver apparently deliver the pizza to another address as per them. An address that never existed in our neighborhood. And they dint even bother to call or inform. And update the status that it has been delivered.

Ordered pizza for the kids at 4:36pm and received at 7:50pm. After being on hold for 1 hour they told me they’re short on driver. No sorry or credit. Rediculous. Then they said they would start the pizza and didn’t make it cause they figured we didn’t want it anymore. They could have called and told us it was running 3 plus hours behind.

I’m done….This is 3rd time in a month that I have attempted to place a delivery order from the Fulshear Domino’s Pizza. This is the 3rd time they have either refused to accept my order or make it over an hour to receive the pizza due to their delivery issues. When asked to cancel my order this last time, they did but couldn’t confirm my cancellation in any way. I am supposed to wait several days and look it up on my credit card account to see if they followed through with the cancellation. It is very obvious that they do not want to offer delivery as an option. They have made it so difficult to use their delivery option as to keep people from using the service. Tonight the excuse was that they only had 2 delivery drivers working and they both just left so it would be over an hour before they could send anything. The 2 times I attempted to use the delivery option prior their website wouldn’t even accept the order, which I guess is actually better than worrying about a charge on my credit card! However, the website allowed me to use several minutes filling out an order and at the end refused to accept it. Extremely irritating considering the low quality of the food you are attempting to order!!
