My experience with Domino’s Pizza in Bay City, TX was almost effortless, it was definitely easy. I found the location closest to me on Google Maps, I visited their website, placed my order online (received a discount for ordering online,) and it was delivered, exactly as ordered, about 22 minutes later. My husband enjoyed the selection of ExtravaganZZa Pizza, a Chicken Habanero Sandwich, and Bacon/Jalapeno Cheesy Bread (all pictured below) and he, happily, has lots of leftovers for future meals.

Ive ordered i think 3 times now from this store in the last 2 days. All three times ive tried to call the store and verify specific requests on my order or to add more items to my order and yet the store employees refuse to answer the phone! If you guys need to make changes or add special instructions, good luck! Plus they hardly put any flavor or seasoning on the breads or breadsticks so all of the bread options taste almost the same. And you for sure need a drink to get the bread washed down. Not a very good history with this location so far. 🙁

Staff was extremely polite. Food was to order and fresh. Took over an hour and a half for my order to be ready, BUT……that wasn’t their fault. Due to the power and water outages these guys were swamped. They didn’t give up and maintained a professional attitude and kept taking orders and getting them out.

Just one star because I had wait a long time even after I placed my order online. When I got the food, the thin crust pizza I ordered was very greasy. The other two pizzas I ordered had a burnt taste to the crust. The only thing that was good was the parmesan bites and the cinnamon twists. What a waste of money!

Rude workers…”we aren’t little Caesars”, nope you’re not Little Caesars pizza is actually fully cooked and about a third of the price. Gluten free is yucky and expensive and specialty pizza my husband got was not fully cooked and he gave it to the dog and he never gives his pizza to the dog the next day.

They had a disaster with our order (pizza was ruined going into the oven) and so were a little longer than normal getting my order out but they were super apologetic about it (accidents happen). The pizzas were okay. One was gluten-free, which I thought was exceptional.
