Pizza was great, order was accurate. Most importantly the gentleman working the window at the Freeport TX location. He was so nice, so efficient, made a few fun jokes and just had a great attitude. I didn’t catch his name, but it was about 7pm today, and i suggest he be in charge of customer service training! He literally turned my bad day around in 30 seconds.

Worst costumer service ever manager has a nasty attitude and employees don’t know anything about their policies before they go telling customers they can remake something that is wrong won’t even give a refund or anything after saying u will return the pizza that hasn’t been touched never had such a horrible experience at other locations but this one if I can give this no stars I would because it was the worst encounter ever!
