The lady made my pizza with dough that flies had been all over. When I told the lady about the dough, she replied that “ain’t nothing I can do, so we got flies. They everywhere. We got traps for that.” Then proceed to make my order with the contaminated dough. Confronted her about it, and she didn’t seem to care. I used to order from here all the time, we loved their service and food. But it has been one issue after another. Once I placed an order for delivery, after an hour I called the store and they would tell me that my order would be delivered in about 2 hours. Until they improve on cleanliness and hire more help they so desperately need, I don’t see myself coming back to this location any time soon.

Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza some Parmesan bites and a coke around 9pm. Driver doesn’t show up til around 10:30 and forgot my coke. She says she will bring it back and I wait and never see her. She goes BACK to the store and when I call, she answers. She swears she called me 6 times and I never answered. When I asked her to repeat my number she had the area code wrong. My number is correct in the system because it’s on my receipt and she used it on the initial delivery. She then came back and brought my drink and said I’d be credited for the terrible service. There was no credit and when I call with my actual number I can’t get through to the store, but when I call with another number I’m out through in minutes which lets me know my number is flagged. I spoke to a manager named Jessie and he said he’d look into it. While we were on the phone he had me hold while he switched terminals and I got hung up on. I called back immediately but did it with my original number and could not get through even though I held for 30 minutes just to have a record in my call log. I called from a side number and like magic I was able to speak to someone again in a few minutes. Now I’m being told that as the MANAGER, he can’t seem to locate the order and even if he does he can’t do anything about it so he has to talk to the district manager for assistance. I’m just getting the runaround at this point. I’ve done so much business with dominoes back home and other places and this is the first time I’ve ran into this service. The store number is #6746. Do not recommend. Very poor handling of this situation.

It’s crazy when you trying to place an order and your lowest bill is a $50. They made me leave to break the bill to make change and when I came back my order was just going in. I will never order here again because I never had to leave a restaurant and come back because they couldn’t break my money and when I went inside yo get my food I said thank you she said u g huh not you’re welcome or anything like our apologies but we don’t except big bills just uh huh

I ordered a medium thin pizza yesterday 2/23/23 at 4:20 pm at 4:35 pm tracker read it was out the oven being inspected for profection. It was delivered over a hour later cold as ice and burnt. My brownie was under cooked. $23.00 was a waste. Never again

They don’t want you ordering at 10am when they are open. They are short staffed and would prefer orders at 10:30am at the earliest. Open at 10:30 am then. I’m sorry my business is an inconvenience. I won’t order again.

Worst service that i have experienced. They took 15 mins more than the normal carryout time, while the order was placed 1 hour before. when i opened the box and found that the pizza was overcooked and all the topping were entirely burned. Now all i want is refund from dominos.
