Today was a day to receive a mistake of choosing this location to feed 7 children and 2 Adults today. I called in the order while on the highway from Orange Texas to help feed My friend’s grandkids there in the West End of Beaumont Texas.

I am the maintenance personnel at condos located 1.3 miles from this Domino’s. My husband usually works with me but today I’m alone because he is in urgent care at St Christus havi g surgery today. When I went to take lunch today my truck wouldn’t start. After work, my truck still won’t start. So, at 9pm I decide to call for delivery since I haven’t eaten all day. I was hung up on 3 times, then someone else just as rude answered put me on hold, finally came back and said the manager wouldn’t approve delivery to me because I don’t live here. But I work here. I’m pretty sure people order food from work to be delivered all the time. But she said Taylor, heranager said no. I asked her name and she said it’s not relevant and hung up on me also. This is not okay. I will call corporate. I’ve worked in management and this is definitely not how you treat people.

This is an absolutely sad establishment, look at my parents pizza, skimpy topping, and on some none, bread was hard, pepperoni was hard or old one, Beaumont Dominoes on Phelan you should be ashamed of yourselves. Smh.. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, this does not look like the extra cheese amount I had gotten on the past two orders. I feel like they kept trying to give me an old pizza someone else had ordered. The Alfredo sauce tasted way too salty when ordered in extra.I had been having better experiences with Dominos in the past recently but this one was very terrible. They even called a different name from mine to get my order and they seemed kind of intimidating towards me accepting the pizza. They demanded me to check it and I did and although I still wasn’t pleased with the look of my pizza I really didn’t feel like saying anything was going to help so I left. I’m disappointed this time.

The portions were generous, but the pizza was kinda dry. Thank God for air fryers! Just as important, though… the customer service was poor. To avoid the workers getting annoyed with customers who rarely frequent this franchise, perhaps the cashier could be specific when asking for the zip code… address zip on account, or billing zip for credit, debit cards etc. Once getting pizza out of air fryer, it wasn’t so bad. It wasn’t fresh, but it wasn’t horrible. Don’t argue with me, argue with the photos

The restaurant’s new design is sleek and fun. The added booths compared to the last iteration of this chain from two years ago give it a more inviting feel to the building. The cook staff is polite and friendly. Though I can’t say much of their delivery, the times I have delivered have been punctual. Overall a good experience!

Best Dominos I’ve ever been to. Pizza made well by friendly staff. Great value. The pizza place is clean and spacious. They even have little perks like a pizza making viewing station for kids, cell phone charging station for while you wait for pizza, and of course the pizza tracker.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times there were mistakes. The last order I ordered for a school group. I ordered many sandwiches, two deserts, and bottles of water and Sprite. The sandwiches and deserts were delivered, but none of the twelve drinks were delivered. They offered to bring the drinks back, but the school group would have been gone by the time they returned with them. They couldn’t offer a refund or any other option to me, so I just lost the $15 or $20 from that order. I had upped the delivery tip quite a bit, so I’m pretty frustrated about it. I won’t order again from this store, even though I do like Domino’s pizza normally.

I swear this is the only Domino’s that has done me wrong multiple times. This time I Ordered 3 pizzas online and added twice the amount of mushrooms on one pizza. cashier told me to check my pizzas before paying and there was not a single mushroom on the pizza after waiting about 10 minutes for them to remake my order I get a pizza with very little mushrooms when the order had (X2) DOUBLE the amount!
