I placed an order on the app with a pickup time of 7:50-8:00pm. The order was being worked on by Daniel but was forgotten about. I arrived early and waited to about 8:05pm with no updates in the app. I called the store and was told it was being worked on and going into the oven without an apology or explanation as to the delay. I watched them during the call and they had to scroll pretty far back on their computer to find my order. If I had not called they would not have worked on my order. The order was done a little after 8:20 with no explanation or accountability on their part.

Tracker said pick up in 45 minutes got to the store and was told its another hour wait for 2 pizzas. Get it together they also like to tell you they closed early and cancel orders even though they are supposed to be open still. Lazy

I always order from here but tonight was a different experience. I got locked out of my own house from a 3 year old and Orlando the driver really was a hero. He went the extra mile to stop by my parents since they have a spare key and before he let me borrow his phone to call(wasn’t going through both phones). 10/10 hope I don’t have this experience again. Pizza was amazing too

My family has ordered pizza from here every Sunday night since the location opened, we have never received the wrong order, or had a bad pizza. Where to begin? My special instructions for the large thin and crispy pizza were to cut it as a pie, but was delivered to me in those stupid squares. The pizza was absolutely tasteless- texture was all that existed. Ingredients were obviously old or very poor quality- maybe both. The pasta had flavor all right- like pasta that was made a week ago or had been sitting in water all day and topped with red lumpy goop and haphazard cheese selections. I’ve had better pizza and pasta at a hospital cafeteria.This is my second bad experience with this dominoes. It’s terrible!
