Needless to say the whole thing went in the trash. It was so gooey I couldn’t even lift a slice of up pizza up without the entire thing falling apart. An unnecessary amount of cheese and soggy dough. Save your dollars and order from somewhere else.

Dedicated team and helpful staff. Despite being the busiest Domino’s in our city and often getting more orders than they can handle, the employees here still try their hardest given the circumstances. If you’re ordering from here on a Friday night and your order isn’t 30 minutes or less, cut these guys some slack and order somewhere else.

250 W Houston, San Antonio. Two hours from 10pm to midnight on a MONDAY to get cold product with part of the order missing. To be frank, whoever owns this franchise needs to either roll up their sleeves and come work “hands on” at their business until the years of bad customer service reviews are alleviated, or they should sell the business to someone who cares about the product quality and customer service over money. For shame on Domino’s corporate for not paying more attention to how franchise stores are operating. I worked for Domino’s when I was in college for two years. My franchise owner would have fired me with a quickness of this was the service I delivered to our customers.

Supposed to be half pepp and half pineapples and ham. Ended up with pepp all the way around. Pizza was not cut well so we to pull it apart. And go figure no garlic butter on the crust after a specific conversation to make sure it was applied. I have not been able to have dominoes in quite some time because it’s not available where I live. I ordered specifically for the garlic butter. This was extremely frustrating. There bigger things in life to complain about but come on guys do your job and do it well.

Took an hour (quoted 30 mins) for delivery 8 blocks away, and the pizza arrived barely warm. If I wanted “warm” pizza I’d have walked the distance myself, saved the nearly $4 delivery and $5.00 tip and have gotten it 30 minutes sooner than when I did. To top it off, there’s a real issue with reading orders. Twice I’ve attempted to order a square-cut chicken and buffalo sauce pizza and twice it hasn’t arrived as ordered.

That was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had from Dominos Pizza. From time if order to delivery, it was 55 minutes. The pizza was delivered more than 1/2 hour after it came out of the oven. No warmth upon arrival.

Deserves no stars. Made my order then called to give gate code and the poor customer service began at the beginning of the call with no proper greeting, and being asked to meet at the first level of apts. do not waist your time especially if you are hungry bc apparently 1.1 miles from the location is to much work.
