I order pizza from this location 3 to 4 times per month. Yesterdays order was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It tasted like it was made earlier for an order that never got picked up – and then somebody threw it back in the oven to reheat and then serve to me. It was over baked, super dry and missing all the juicy cheesy flavors. The spinach was dry and crisp, there was no Alfredo sauce, and the crust was chewy and dry. When I called the store they offered to recreate it for me, but since I live 20 minutes away I asked for a store credit instead. The reason for my one star review is because the staff member told me that next time I should check the order before I leave the store to make sure it looks right….. uuuhhmmm – isn’t that your job? According to the tracker, you’re performing a quality check before you hand me my pizza…. When did it become my job to make sure you’re doing your job?

This is the best Domino’s. The pizza is always on point. They’ll burn it a little for you if you ask them and you like that. The service is remarkably above what you’ll get in most places in life. They are enjoyable when they sell you a service, they don’t act like you are putting them out for trying to do business with them. There’s none of that spoiled kid attitude that you see at other places and it’s refreshing.

Customer service sucks, employees were arguing in the back. Pizza was to be brought to my vehicle in 15- 20 mins and nothing. Walked in at 30 mins and it’s sitting g on the shelf. No apology no thank you from the girl who handed me my order.

I have a 13 year old Autistic daughter and her eating habits are extremely hard to fulfill. We eat pizza at least three times a week. Last night we waited over an hour for our order to get to my house in which she had a meltdown waiting on it and then ended up falling to sleep without dinner because she cried herself to sleep. Today I called the store and spoke to Nick, andto begin he looked up our order and saw what I was referring to. He quickly apologized and had the same order sent out to us within a timely manner. I really have never experienced a Mgr. So easily ready to make the customer experience a great one. So to your boss Nick I hope he gives you an incentive or a raise becaise you definitely deserve one. Thanks for the lava cakes they were delicious

I placed a good size order for our family movie night and everyone got to choose their item. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and to my complete disappointment there is almost no meat in the entire sandwich. I tried calling the location but they wouldn’t answer. My favorite dominos. I bring my daughter here all the time. The pizza here is always so perfect! So much better than anywhere else. The employees that work here are super welcoming and easy to talk to so kind and caring especially Trevor and the female manager that always takes our order. Such Great energy to be around all together. I feel like a lot of other locations could learn a thing or two from this location.
