So the pizza we had ordered didn’t go through correctly so I decided to call the store. When I called the store and explained what happened I got passed person to person and had to explain what happened again and again. They told us they could give us a credit or remake it but we had to go pick it up. We ordered it for delivery and it got messed up. I asked why we’d have to go pick it up if we ordered for delivery and his exacts words were ” were to busy to have our driver go deliver a remake.” Um what. I’ve never been told that before by a dominos employee. They’ve always accommodated if something had gone wrong. They way I was being told everything was very rude also. I told them I wanted a refund and was told they could not do that. He just kept saying “well you can come pick it up or get a credit and order tomorrow.” After being put on hold they finally come on the phone and told me my refund should go back on the card in 3-5 business days. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Frank was the nicest cashier I have encountered in a LONG time. After covid, going inside to order is not the same experience, but Frank was more than helpful and attentive. He even offered to carry my pizza out to my car and thanked me for coming into Dominos. Best experience a customer could hope for. Thank you Frank for all of your hard work!

My husband called his friends at the police department after the pizza delivery person agressively stomped up our stairs tgen almost banged the door then the pizza made us sick. Calling health department they won’t refund so we won’t bother asking

We took pizza and tater tot dishes to a church evening meal. What a blast! Everyone tried the pizza and tater tots and there was nothing left! Not just the kids ate all they could but even the adults aka Big Kids! We were truly blessed.
