We tried to order $5.99 large special since it’s going on for the week. Well one of the male employees said the coupon was only good for one day, not true. He took our money and put it in his pocket without touching the registere. We had to pay regular price $11.63 for a large. Some of us don’t have the money so we need the discount. There was an online coupon in my account for a free pizza, I added more topping, so I was charged for the excess toppings. I had another coupon for 10-20% off a bread purchase, so I had a bread made with spinach,& feta cheese. I also bought a Chicken Alfredo pasta. Everything was hot and delicious.

I placed my order with this establishment and I called to confirm my order for the game tonight. Byran stated the info was wrong and that I wouldn’t receive my order even after I paid for it. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager. I work for a hotel and we constantly refer our guest to this establishment.. but after my experience I will no longer send my guest to eat here due to the lack of professionalism and help.

Usually decent the pizza isn’t great but what can I expect. What I do expect is to at least receive my pizza within 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant after all I only live within a mile. When the pizza arrives I find out that the pizzas are delivered in the order they are received. For example if someone on the edge of their delivery area orders a pizza and then another person on the edge of their delivery area order a pizza and so On Until your order is taken last. Even if you live very close to their starting point you will be delivered to last.. When I received my pizza an hour after it left the restaurant I spoke with the manager who was delivering the pizzas she explained to me the process when I examined the pizza it was stuck to the lid
