Oh gosh I hope I remembered her name right…Priscilla? The one who’s usually there with the two other fellas…anyways she’s always so nice when I get a walk-in…this time my son convinced me to order the Brooklyn style pizza…and let me tell ya…this pizza was delicious…we were to share this pizza with my little ones after they got off school but older brother, mommy n me couldn’t resist. I understand that we ordered on a busy Saturday, but our pizza was not worth eating and definitely not worth the trouble. We ordered one large. It was burned and had no cheese (we ordered with light sauce). It had plenty of sauce and that sauce was burned, most likely because it had no cheese. When we called the store they said that we could return it for a refund. Cool. I agree with that policy. I wouldn’t give someone a refund just because they say the pizza is wrong or inedible, I’d want to see it. But if I made a customer drive to my store after they had gotten the pizza home, I wouldn’t just offer their money back, I would give them a coupon or a free (something) with the next order. This franchisee just lost our business over one large pizza. I guess they can afford it.

One driver on a Sunday is very disappointing and bad for business.. after an hour of waiting for our delivery we decided to call to pick it up… Dominos maybe if you paid your employees a livable wage and benefits you would have employees that will work for you. Until then I guess you can blame the worker shortage on Americans being lazy…

It’s funny when customers can’t read the obvious sign on the door that says “Online orders after 10pm” and then complain about employees telling them to order online when they walk in after 10 pm . I’m Mexican and can at least follow a basic fast food policy and not cause trouble for employees and make their night harder

Don’t usually leave reviews but this is just unacceptable…ordered my pizza at 10:37pm. Simple…one large pepperoni, extra cheese..NO GARLIC ON CRUST! Even changed my delivery name to…NO GARLIC ON CRUST…so they would quit automatically putting crust flavor and at least see it in delivery..name…12:18am I finally received my order…hour and a half later…little over…barely warm at all, not fresh…and what do you know…garlic was put on the crust and half the pizza…this location is a joke…I order pizza 3-4 times a week…pizza hut or papa John’s will definitely be getting my business instead of this place!

If I could give NEGATIVE star reviews, this “restaurant” would be the the one to get it! I Came in and was told to only use online orders when clearly it was still open, a tall white lesbian looking freak was the one who had said “I don’t know why people are still coming in when it’s online only” How rude just blurting that out loud and knowing full well that I had just entered and was kicked out of the store by the employee’s… I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but definitely would put a BAD Review under her, please fire employees with an attitude like this… If you don’t like working or don’t like your job, (WHICH SHE MADE IT VERY OBVIOUS) Then don’t work. Simple. . Even her own coworker which was a short young woman looked a bit scared or like shocked bc of the scene this White Tall Woman was making, I hope that worker is okay, thank you for making my bread bites to that short worker. This happened during the evening/night on August 8th, 2023. Whoever was the “lady” that was working making the pizzas this night was rude. Don’t come to this Domino’s if you wanna get kicked out and be treated as an object and not a person, clearly we’re just numbers to them…

Raw dough, Unmelted cheese, proteins are soggy . Pizza was under 141 degrees. 30 mins after eating one slice , I was on the toilet all night. I’m a chef at a restaurant downtown. 20 year’s in this industry. The crew member that prepared my pizza should quit or get fired. Just because my order went in @ 11:41 p.m. you can get some one really sick. You don’t belong in the food industry…

ORDER ELSE WHERE – Delivery took about 1.5 hours which is fine if they are busy but get my order to me while it is still hot – I was beyond disappointed to have received my order and it was not hot to be honest it didn’t even seem fresh – like if it had been sitting out for a while – I will not be ordering from Domino’s again –
