I got a coupon for 1 free medium pizza but it was delivery only. I placed my order and after 30 minutes checked online to see if the driver was close. The pizza was still in quality check so I decided to just go pick up the order as it would be faster.

I have been ordering from this location since I moved here (about 7 months) always hot when we get it and delivery drivers are so nice. Now this was the first time I went into the store to do a pick up and they where fast and efficient. Also I ended up dropping some of my order outside, and had to reorder, they could have said it was my fault, they could have put me at the end of the line (mind you it was a busy Friday) but they didn’t they remade it and no charge.

This location stops the 2 minute count down timer once you arrive, take longer than 2 minutes to bring out pizza, and refuse to honor deal. Talked with Manager and they made every accuse rather than honor promo. Very rude and unprofessional as well.

I normally don’t post reviews, however, I feel at this point it’s a must. This is the second time I’ve ordered with them where the service is lackluster. The first time I ordered a chicken parm sandwich- it arrived with about 3 pieces of chicken and hardly any sauce. Ok fine, whatever. I usually order from them and no issues. Moving on. I ordered tonight a chicken parm sandwich. I wait over an hour for food to be delivered. It just arrived and it is a chicken and bacon Sandwich? If I’m going to wait over an hour for food I’d at least like the order to be correct. At this point it’s a waste to even call it in to get the correct sandwich. As I’m sure it’ll be yet another over an hour wait. Extremely disappointed in the quality lately
